The only input I really have is about the user interface experience when returning the vehicle. I had gone ahead and taken all the necessary photos for the return process, but could not upload said photos from my phone's gallery, and instead needed to take new photos during the return process. Being able to upload from a mobile gallery could help speed up the process, having one list of pictures to take without progressing the return process until all photos are taken (instead of taking pictures, submitting, taking more pictures on the next page, etc.),or maybe a more descriptive explanation on how the return process is for those doing it on the mobile app or mobile web browser could help speed up the process.
Joshua S.Fix your app!!! It took 40 min to pickup my rental, I had to call. Not impressed. Same with return, app just looped, had to check out manually.

Jaime V.It's a darn good thing that the office was open when I went to pickup the truck because the online check-in app wouldn't work. All other apps on my phone worked fine, but not the UHaul app. This could have been a disaster because I was on a tight schedule with those helping me. Otherwise, an overall positive experience.

The unit was in the parking lot and easily accessible, however, when I was needing a truck with a ramp, I had nobody to talk to to see about a bigger unit to upgrade to. So I made due with what I had. The app and talking to live people just made it not the best experience.

Bradley G.No blankets that were ordered. Had to drive to two other locations much farther away to get them. Original pickup time by phone not available. Went to a bunch of trouble to set that up in advance. Not a great experience overall.

I had a horrible experience and I believe that customer service should be great quality and this lady lacked all the positive qualities. Unsatisfied customer

Employee did come out side and let me know where I can park the van and where to drop the keys but can't comment on the facilities. Everything worked out fine thought
Travis J.I was given a 9am drop off time . I got to the location by 9am but no one was available to attend to me and could not drop the key to the vehicle. I waited till 9,43am and finally looke through the front glass and doscovered there was someone inside qho refused to come to the door to attend to me . She then pointed to the small space by the side of the door for me to drop the key without speaking to me or confirming what I wanted. This is not a good way to treat customers. Give customers more Choi for where to drop off.

David Y.Waited in line 20 minutes then when I finally got a truck the battery was dead. The same thing happened to another person there to pick up his truck so we helped each other get the trucks running with our own vehicles. I will not rent from U-Haul again.
DON T.Need a larger parking lot for personal vehicles. Trucks are available during the week. The location has no U-haul logos or advertising on the premises. Saw the truck and took a chance.

dale F.The location I rented from was great, after having two severe issues with contacting uhaul directly. I'd recommend renting from Right Space anytime, but I'd strongly suggest you just go in there since the uhaul website and phone reps really screwed things up.

Anna V.RHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER RUDE SERVICE HAD TO WAIT 5 hours for a tech to fix an and I quote " an improper maintenance vechile that shouldn't be driven" Filthy vehicle Less than half a tank of gas Had to go to chevron to clean windshield so I could see Told not my problem and when I walked in upset she made the situation WORSE hence why I was upset So with the video I took of the ex uhaul etc showing me what was totally wrong with the vehicle and the pictures of the condition of the vehicle I am now going to the news channel tomorrow where I have an appointment to tell them this HORRIBLE experience and the mishandling from the rental place and your corporate office

Brian B.The truck we rented had salt and empty cups in it. We need to sweep it out prior to using it. In the cab of the truck, there were empty water bottles. Clearly, it was not a deal breaker, but an annoyance.
