It is a little hard to find even with GPS. Better signage would help but you really need to buy out the muffler shop or gas station to give you frontage.STEVEN H.

The Representative, Theresa was rude and she tried to charge me for a 2nd day when I couldn't return it after 6 hours. Then when I said I I needed to keep it past tge 24 hours and pay For a second day but that I did not want the 14 $charge for protection the second day she said that she could not remove it and then I will have to pay it for the second day. The person running the program deliberately tried to increase the cost 3 times. The first time double our quote. The second 2 times an additional 100 dollars by trying to manipulate the computer to a cash price. The vehicle provided was covered in graphiti and beat to heck. I would recommend another vendor for your business.JOHN B.

I specifically picked this location because it mentioned there is an office and I could opt into in store pick up. When I arrived at the location there was no one in store and therefore was forced into using the online pick up option. If I had known this was the case, I would have allowed for a 1-2 hour gap between my truck pick up and movers arrival time. I was on the phone waiting for a reference acceptance for over an hour! This plus the time I spent waiting for someone to arrive in the office delayed my mover's start time by 30 minutes. I however, was still billed because I signed the contract with that moving company. Would NEVER recommend this location or uhaul for that matter.Jahaira V.

Honestly nothing against the location (it was just where we returned the truck to) the lady was wonderful super helpful! The truck however was damaged on the outside (issues with closing door even), dirty, and the box portion smelt horrible of smoke that was attempted to be covered up with a terrible smelling perfume. We also attempted to pick up without contact and had to contact uhaul and switch stuff around for whatever reason. I have always had wonderful experiences with uhaul but this was really disappointing.Garth K.

I was told on phone daytime Hours until 5:00pm. When I arrived at 1:00 it was closed with a sign ...out to lunch til 1:30. In short if you're going to close for lunch, then advertise it so I don't have to waste a half hour of time.James W.
Very disappointed that I was charged an extra day for turning in the truck 20 mins late. I wonder if that would have been the case if I had been one minute late? It's a sad commentary of our times that computers can so easily take the human element out of the equation. Okay, lesson learned. But I also noticed that I was charged an extra day of safe trip insurance when I had only asked for it for the one day. I sure hope the truck wasn't rented out the next day at my expense.Gregory L.

Upon arriving and checking in using my phone the U-Haul truck was unable to be pulled out as it was totally sandwiched between 2 other trucks. After call U-Haul I was able to switch trucks. However, In all the commotion I forgot to move the rented dolly to the new truck. I emailed U-Haul asking them to not charge for the dolly rental as it was not used and was still located in the original truck. Of course I was still charged for the unused dolly rental. don't let them rent U Haul equipment!!!! They refused to do a walk around and give me a total when i was there. There was 2 people in the office doing nothing. They said they would do the walk around when they got to it. They only time a walk around and final total has not been done, is when i dropped equipment off after hours.This may not be a regular U Haul office but they are selling your Brand and they suck at it. I will not recommend Rightspace Tanque Verde to anyone. Hate to see how they treat their storage customers.Mary M.

The truck smelled of strong body odor, every surface was sticky, and the strearing was very misaligned. The engine was extremely slow despite the "v8" power that was advertised. I want you to know that I generally don't give bad reviews but this was a very bad experience and I will not be using U-Haul in the future.Jonathan H.
I was charged an extra day AND they did not honor the promised rate and i was transferred around to talk to different people in Tucson and phoenix to ask for a refund. A waste of my time. Will rent elswhere next time.Serge H.

The gentleman that took care of us was amazing... The reason I wouldn't recommend this location, is not because of the location, because of U-Haul. U-Haul kept my deposit and also the charge and moving is one of the five highest stressors and so for U-Haul to make a mistake like that at such a critical point in someone's life is unacceptable. I'm not happy about my experience and I will be telling everyone I know about it.Serena E.

I set up Uhaul rental via online. Recd estimate of 70 $with no charge at that time for 24 hours use. Was called by employee from site saying I could come in an hour earlier to pick truck up. Instead I went in 1/2 earlier. This half hour cost me another days worth of truck rental. I made various calls to site and to Uhaul and was made to look stupid. Needless to say I returned truck beforehand and now I'm moving all small items in my Tahoe. Was it worth it no! Never again Uhaul. I've always lorded over using you cross country twice among other moves...but no more! Penske here we come!Gladys L.

The manager did not verify the miles in and I think I may have been over charged. When I checked in to obtain the truck he told me that the price would be adjusted based on actual miles, but when I returned he told me it was based on estimates miles and there was not any adjustment. We estimated 10 miles, but I was chargers 20. In addition, the person on the phone reservations said I had the option to choose insuramce. The manager told me that insurance was mandatory and not optional. Which is it?Jane K.

Contract indicated that gas tank was 7/8 full when I picked it up. I didn't look at gas gauge until I drove a few miles down the road. It was at 2/3, which is 20 % more than contract indicated. Buyer beware is the general rule here but it was the first time ever that UHaul got it wrong for me. This cost me $$$.David R.

I dropped off truck prior to deadline and asked for a receipt. I was told one would be emailed to me once the truck was checked in. When I received the email I was billed for a late fee of one additional day for a late return and was also billed for missing blankets which I returned with the vehicle. I had to report the incorrect charges to Uhaul and I have now received a refund however this was a huge inconvenience. This location needs to train employees to check in vehicles correctly and not to over charge customers. I will not use this location in the future.Brian B.

After you sent me confirmation, you decided to change my pick up site without even asking me if I had a preference..The whole experience was chaotic and the change of location was poor customer service.david S.

Tried to inform individual who rented truck to us that we would need to keep it an extra day, so UHaul could efficiently schedule truck. Was told to keep it and pay extra charges when we turned it in. Called UHaul to let you know we would need truck extra day. This situation also happened when we rented a different truck 3 weeks earlier as well. Both times when we called it was a major run around. Why doesn't UHaul have ability for customer to tell you on line how long they are going to need the rental for? Would save customer a lot of aggravation.Matthew B.
At pick up I was initially treated rudely. It was as if the one n only agent had better things to do. He mentioned that it has been very busy and he was trying to take a break. I get it, likely a most deserving, but don't take it out on me, Secondly, shame on me for not throughly reviewing the rental paperwork before leaving with the truck..,the agent never offered 8insurance protection or spoke of the benefits of the coverage but did add to the agreement. It's clearly my fault as I signed. However there was a blatant lack of disclosure on your side. Lastly upon return the same agent( never introduced by name) said â€œ you can just leave the keys with me, your good to goâ€. No I needed a receipt and also wanted to change by billing card. The attitude the agent took was almost as if he felt he had some extrodinary effort by having to check and inspect the truck before he could change my billing card. To which I replied, I understand. I knew very well the unit would need to be inspected but his demeanor was as such that this was s major undertaking because as a lone agent he had to lock up the office and go take care of business. I have rented many times over the years from Uhaul and will likely again, but not from this location at Tanque Verde Road. Please note that I feel that my remarks would not be complete if I did not share the circumstances the location who reserved for me. I initially stopped into to your location at Wilmot and Golf links...very professional and apologetic that they did not have a unit available as I was a walk in with a last minute need. Not only did they find another location with availability but called me after I left reminding me that my Grandson had left behind a toy. Now that's a memorable experience and a location that will get my next reservation and future business. I would like to thank that entire team for their professionalism and kindness.John C.

The truck I rented was filthy inside and out. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a very long time. could barely see out of the windows. The UHAUL system completely lost my reservation while I was checking in with the clerk and we had to do everything over again. Also, the UHAUL system originally made 2 reservations for me, even though I never completed the first one. You guys really need to fix your technology systems.Shane M.
