Easy drop off, no problems!

Outside of the store there was a few people under the influence just sitting. I was approached by one of them selling old frames out of an old suitcase

It was hard finding a place to park. When I dropped of the keys the employee was not helpful and was not wearing a mask. The employee took the key asked if I put gas in the truck and that was it. He also did not check the truck in with Uhaul. I found a a few days later that I had to check the truck out online. There were also multiple people inside the store that were not wearing masks either.

Easy drop off. Convenient that it has a gas pumps right outside. Thank you.

I reserved a dolly and it was not provided with the vehicle and there was not one at that location. The rep on the phone (area manager) seemed satisfied that I wasn't charged for one. An unacceptable answer given the number of boxes I was planning to move. After way to much wrangling I was told to drive to another location to pickup the dolly, further delaying the start of my move. When I arrived at the Chickasaw uhaul, the rep had no idea I was coming, but was at least courteous and helpful.

Took to long to get the truck. Other than that it was ok.

The attendant was rude and wasn't professional at all I rather drive 10 miles to pick up a truck then travel 2 minutes and pay
