The inside cabin was littered with food (sunflower seeds, chips, stains, and black stuff that smelled like tobacco.) We spent an hour scrubbing and vacuuming to be comfortable driving 8 hours to Texas. The owner was great and called and made it easy. But the previous drivers did not keep it clean inside.Jin H.

I would only recommend this location for those who are tech savvy. There are numerous steps to perform on your phone in renting where there is no personal contact. I had to call U-Haul Customer Service twice to get assistance. It took time, but they were helpful. If you don't have patience, don't do it.RAFAEL R.

When reserving equipment, not only was the equipment I needed removed from my reservation because they didn't have it but I also had to travel an additional 30 minutes to another pick up location. When I got there, the system to open the truck was not working. I ended up having to wait for the owner to show up and assist myself and another individual. The owner was great and courteous on the pick up side. The drop off location and process was a disaster. The drop off location, was no longer a drop off location but a tutoring cent/pot shop. While I waited 45 minutes to actually talk to customer service, I tried to find another location to leave it. When I did find one while on hold, the owner said that the company needed to approve the drop off location. An hour and a half passes and uhaul customer service validated that the drop off location is no longer under contract but has me drive back there anyways. In the end, they have me leave the truck unlocked with equipment inside, in a bad neighborhood at the pot shop. Oh by the way, I got charged for the extra mileage of trying to drop it off at an actual uhaul location. Worst rental process in the history of all the moves I have gone through. Next time I'll use Penske or an organization with more reliability and availability of equipment.RANDI M.

This location was hard to find because there were no signs stating that there was a U-Haul provider. There were no locks available to lock the cargo area because we had rental pads to return. We were concerned about loiterers stealing the rental pads after we left. It was Sunday, so the actual office for this particular location was closed, but I was still a little concerned about theft in any form.Cody B.
