ADRIAN SUhaul moved my pick up location at the last minute, my preference would have been my original location. The gentleman at the pick up location was very helpful, he called a day early to arrange pick which was very helpful! Struggled with the 24/7 app so was thankful I was able to work directly with a person
RONALD GDropped off during non-working hours, u-haul app. Would not work, left trailer, called national number, they were able to do it for me.
ANTONIO PI got some of the best customer service I have received in a while. He was able to walk me through my reservation and made sure I knew how to work the vehicle. Hands down would come back to this location and recommend others as well.

BRIAN WMy husband and I cane in to check in and took the truck but came back to pick up the transporter at at later time. We preoayed and then the second person was trying to charge again for the transporter. The person that was there was not aware we payed in advance. I think you all need more and better ways to communicate transactions.
