The office did not set up the on line pick up correctly. I never received a text or email providing the process and instructions to get the key from the lock box, The agent I spoke with at the UHaul help line indicated the Rita Ranch office did not set up the pick up correctly in the system.

Paul D.I went to pick up the U-haul Truck from the Rita Ranch Location. The key-box did not have the correct code. I had to call and the lady finally figured the code was in-correct. Then once I had the key it was to the in-correct truck. No Gas, No Ramp, Wrong Size and No Dolly. I had to call company and was able to go to another U-Haul and get the correct truck. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with this. I will NEVER use the Rita Ranch U-haul service again or recommend it to anyone I know.

UHaul gave us a discount on mileage but we had to go 20 miles out of our way each way so it was still more costly than it would have been. What is the point of a reservation if they can't get a truck where you reserve it? Then when we had to pick up the truck via the online check in the system did not work properly and this caused another delay and much frustration.

I reserved the trailer had to drive 45 minute to pick up but the was told I had to drive another 45 minutes to pick up another trailer because the one that was ment for me wasn't returned! Why it upset me was I drove right by three in the town I was already in. Before left to pick up the first trailer!

crystal K.I was told I could not drop off the trailer there when I called. A young woman told me that. Then I told her U-Haul had given me that address and that I could call corporate if necessary. Then she relented and told me to just drop if off by other trailers. When I went into the office to ask for a receipt, she finally came out and I got a receipt by email. After all that, she finally said, "Have a nice day." I would never, ever use this location again. The U-Haul location on South Houghton Road flat refused to accept the trailer and told me I could get a $250 fine if I left it there. That guy was rude. You really have your work cut out for you.
