Maria SzymanskiDon't give directions to the customers if you don't know the area. Suggest google maps. The office isn't clearly marked. It does say office. BUT no Uhaul insignia. I had to call the "office" and have a rep come into the parking lot to assist me. That said, the rep was respectful and curtious. He assisted me in disconnecting the trailer and completed the paperwork in a timely fashion to complete the transaction.

robert ruizI think if there were a turn-out lane going into the parking on the street, coming from the highway would be a great way to return trucks at this location. I rented a 20' truck and when driving back to the Uhaul parking lot, I had to take the next turn to go into a residential area to perform a 3-point turn to get back onto the street and then back to the parking lot.

SARA CONTEVITAToo many problems with maintaining pick-up and drop-off locations. Drop-off location was changed during our move which created an additional headache to the move and required multiple phone calls to have original drop-off location. Then, was charged a fuel fee because the person accepting the U-haul mistakenly entered 1/8 tank instead of 1/4 tank of fuel which created more calls/headache. U-haul employee was very apologetic and helpful though and took pictures of the gas gauge and uploaded them to help with refund.
THOMAS ROMEROI showed up at 8am to get my vehicle. I was provided with the the wrong key and had to wait until 10am to resolve the problem, time I did not have to waste. Although I was told that I would be entitled to at the very least a refund on the vehicle reservation, when I asked about it I just get a run around. I have used your service in the past, I will no longer, and will not recommend your service to others.

David StormontThe uhaul didn't have a ramp. I should have some money coming back as I don't think I used all the mileage I paid for. I didn't understand what exactly I was paying for because the rental process didn't follow the process I usually experience. Maybe a standardized check off list across the nation would be helpful.

DUANE BURMEISTERThe agent was amazing. Although he was new he adapted and overcame issues. We were originally told to drop it off elsewhere. That location had no room. We showed up at Rita Rd out of the blue and the agent handled it professionally and efficiently. He even provided bottled water.
Theresa MathisI selected the 24/7 option, when I arrived at 8am as planned, the link I was given didn't work, I called and was transferred to 3 different people only to find the truck had not been prepared. It had a padlock on the back, no key in the truck, and no key in the lock boxes. I had to wait until the office opened at 9am to get a key. This caused a major delay with my help I had scheduled to meet me and threw the rest of the day off.
Samantha ScottDrop off was a horrible experience. I had my reservation (pick up and drop off ) set up a couple weeks before renting the truck. My original return date was Tuesday 7/11/23, I only needed the truck for 1 day. Sunday morning 7/9/2 at 10:30 I called to see if I could return the truck, the person on the phone I believe his name was Cesar indicated I could return the truck but he would only be there for a few hours, I told him I would be there with in the hour. When I pulled in to return the truck I saw someone walk into the office from the parking lot but when I got to the door it was locked even though I spoke to the person working not even an hour prior. Additionally, the sign on the door said they were open from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. I looked around and decided to leave the keys in the drop box. After leaving I drove back by and saw the office door open and a male get into a car. Clearly he was waiting for me to leave, obviously he did not want to check in the truck I was returning. As of this morning Tuesday 7/11/23, I had to call the Uhaul main office in Tucson 3 times trying to get the truck I returned on Sunday marked as returned. Each time I was told by the main number the truck had not been logged as returned, they ended up having the Area Manager go to this location to get the truck I rented returned in the system. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never rent or return a truck to this location. This experience makes me question if I will ever rent another truck from Uhaul. Horrible experience!

Randall WhitsellThe staff at the front desk needs to be able to "check out trucks ". The kid had me make two phone calls then he called his boss for assistance in getting the truck. Ultimately I did an online order with mobile pick up. But when finished the reservation, it didnt give me instructions for mobile check out. When I called uhaul for the third time, they did it have me as mobile check out. I don't blame the kid. The owner/ superior should've had him trained for this. The kid mentioned he had two people come in before me that had to make calls to check out their trucks. Just a big long hour of a mess and headache

Harvey GundersonYour 24/7 check in is shit. You should let people complete the process before hand, or at least tell them they need references or a fucking passport!!! Or a fucking lease agreement!! Who drives around with these things in their car? Terrible experience. I honesrly don't even know if I want to use uhaul ever again because of that. Oh, and if I show up an hour late to pick up my 24/7 pickup the app no longer allows me to pick up the truck? And getting a real person to talk to in your call center takes 20 minutes? What a shit show

I never received a text or email providing the process and instructions to get the key from the lock box, The agent I spoke with at the UHaul help line indicated the Rita Ranch office did not set up the pick up correctly in the system.
