I called to set up pick ip at 730 am. It was confirmed multiple times. The manager I spoke to said it would be no problem. However when I got there at 730 no one was there and they opened at 9. I called customer service and they said it was not set up for after hour pick up. I had to wait an hour and a half while people were at my house to help me move. This caused trouble. When he did arrive he was rude. He said he did set it up that way. Although he clearly has not. He offered no assistance for the trouble I went through. And the clear mistake on his part that cause me time and effort. He said he couldn't and wouldn't. I got the truck. I turned the truck in by 130 when I didn't need to until 4. I had only used 29 miles when I set up for 35. I was still distraught and dropped the keys and left. When I got the final receipt he charges me for 65 miles. Over double what I actually used. I called and he would not answer from my phone. I assume he knew it was me and why I was calling. I called from my mom's phone. He answered. I said the miles were not correct. He said I'll check and hung up on me. No return call. No email showing it has been fixed. It was clear he was messing with me. I had to drive all the way across town to try and prove the miles. When I got there he said it was fixed. I said I didn't receive a email. He said check again. I had been checking and refreshing as it would of saved me a trip. Nothing. I asked for a copy of the receipt. He said he can't give me one. Said I drove there for nothing. I asked to take a pic of the odometer. Then I left. Spoke with a manager from customer service. Who said they filed a claim and I had to wait till Monday before anyone could fix the problem. In the mean time I was being incorrectly charged. This is the worst customer service I have ever had in all my life. I can't believe this treatment was coming from a manger. And from a big company such as U-Haul. I will never use this company again.

I reserved a rental trailer online. Shortly before my pickup date I received a call stating they didn't have the trailer I reserved online at the location the site stated was available, which is not a big deal, but there's more. When I showed up for pickup the office was empty. I waited 20 min before the employee showed up in the office. I understand if there's only 1 person on shift they can't do everything at once, but I did wait 20 minutes. Then I was told the computer system was down and it was impossible for me to get my rental. No paper form or alternative was offered, it was simply, "no you can't". I was told it "might work in an hour" and he said he would call me in an hour. There was nothing I could do so I left. I waited 2 hours - no call. I called their office, multiple times - no answer. I called customer service and explained this issue was going to ruin plans for our entire weekend. I was told again the system was still down but she would try to dispatch the rental on her end. It worked, but the system would not allow us to obtain insurance coverage for the rental. I drove back to the pickup location, the office was empty and locked this time, no one to be found, again. I waited another 20 minutes, again. The guy finally showed up and eventually hooked up the trailer for me (because he had to, otherwise I would've done it myself). We were now close to 4 hours behind schedule. I asked the guy if I could returned a day early if we didn't need the last day. He said sure and we wouldn't be charged. I clarified because that would be Easter Sunday. He said someone would be there until 2pm. I did end up returning a day early, before 2pm - pictures to prove it. No one was there. There was a sign on the door stating they were closed the whole day. I was charged for the extra day that I did not even have the rental. The whole thing from start to finish was pretty much a hot mess. I wasn't going to make a stink about it, then I received an email from U-Haul asking for a review of the experience - so here it is. At least the equipment was good and worked well for us.

Get better road side assistance. We were delayed a day because of it taking so long and due to a management decision assistance team sent a recovery truck instead of a repair truck. The trailer was unhitched, loaded on a flat bed truck, and taken to the U-haul Center in Pasco WA. After a two tire change, and sorting out the contract error we departed. Pasco Center was excellent. Cannot say the same about whomever made the decision to recover the trailer instead of changing out the two tires. I will be calling management to voice my disappointment. I will be seeking compensation for our delay of a day/night. Extra lodging and food. I would appreciate a call from management. Barry Byrne 360-310-8217

We picked up our 15' truck in Rita Ranch and dropped it off in Marana off the frontage road and Cortaro. Both facilities were so friendly and kind. We would definitely recommend both locations to any of our friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a much easier move. 殺

Associate did not immediately check trailer back into system. I did not have access to self-check in trailer. It was returned before due time but couldn't get my phone location to continue on uhaul site.

Don't give directions to the customers if you don't know the area. Suggest google maps. The office isn't clearly marked. It does say office. BUT no Uhaul insignia. I had to call the "office" and have a rep come into the parking lot to assist me. That said, the rep was respectful and curtious. He assisted me in disconnecting the trailer and completed the paperwork in a timely fashion to complete the transaction.

I think if there were a turn-out lane going into the parking on the street, coming from the highway would be a great way to return trucks at this location. I rented a 20' truck and when driving back to the Uhaul parking lot, I had to take the next turn to go into a residential area to perform a 3-point turn to get back onto the street and then back to the parking lot.

Too many problems with maintaining pick-up and drop-off locations. Drop-off location was changed during our move which created an additional headache to the move and required multiple phone calls to have original drop-off location. Then, was charged a fuel fee because the person accepting the U-haul mistakenly entered 1/8 tank instead of 1/4 tank of fuel which created more calls/headache. U-haul employee was very apologetic and helpful though and took pictures of the gas gauge and uploaded them to help with refund.

I showed up at 8am to get my vehicle. I was provided with the the wrong key and had to wait until 10am to resolve the problem, time I did not have to waste. Although I was told that I would be entitled to at the very least a refund on the vehicle reservation, when I asked about it I just get a run around. I have used your service in the past, I will no longer, and will not recommend your service to others.

Please make sure the trucks are clean. I had go sweep the back of the truck before I can load the truck. The front cabin was with some trash and seats were dusty and dirty.

The uhaul didn't have a ramp. I should have some money coming back as I don't think I used all the mileage I paid for. I didn't understand what exactly I was paying for because the rental process didn't follow the process I usually experience. Maybe a standardized check off list across the nation would be helpful.

Requested a motorcycle trailer at 14,95 a day and was given a ramp trailer at a higher cost when there was a motorcycle trailer sitting there . Did not appreciate the upswell being a previous uhaul employee

The agent was amazing. Although he was new he adapted and overcame issues. We were originally told to drop it off elsewhere. That location had no room. We showed up at Rita Rd out of the blue and the agent handled it professionally and efficiently. He even provided bottled water.

I selected the 24/7 option, when I arrived at 8am as planned, the link I was given didn't work, I called and was transferred to 3 different people only to find the truck had not been prepared. It had a padlock on the back, no key in the truck, and no key in the lock boxes. I had to wait until the office opened at 9am to get a key. This caused a major delay with my help I had scheduled to meet me and threw the rest of the day off.

Drop off was a horrible experience. I had my reservation (pick up and drop off ) set up a couple weeks before renting the truck. My original return date was Tuesday 7/11/23, I only needed the truck for 1 day. Sunday morning 7/9/2 at 10:30 I called to see if I could return the truck, the person on the phone I believe his name was Cesar indicated I could return the truck but he would only be there for a few hours, I told him I would be there with in the hour. When I pulled in to return the truck I saw someone walk into the office from the parking lot but when I got to the door it was locked even though I spoke to the person working not even an hour prior. Additionally, the sign on the door said they were open from 10:00 am to 2:00pm. I looked around and decided to leave the keys in the drop box. After leaving I drove back by and saw the office door open and a male get into a car. Clearly he was waiting for me to leave, obviously he did not want to check in the truck I was returning. As of this morning Tuesday 7/11/23, I had to call the Uhaul main office in Tucson 3 times trying to get the truck I returned on Sunday marked as returned. Each time I was told by the main number the truck had not been logged as returned, they ended up having the Area Manager go to this location to get the truck I rented returned in the system. This is absolutely ridiculous! I will never rent or return a truck to this location. This experience makes me question if I will ever rent another truck from Uhaul. Horrible experience!

The staff at the front desk needs to be able to "check out trucks ". The kid had me make two phone calls then he called his boss for assistance in getting the truck. Ultimately I did an online order with mobile pick up. But when finished the reservation, it didnt give me instructions for mobile check out. When I called uhaul for the third time, they did it have me as mobile check out. I don't blame the kid. The owner/ superior should've had him trained for this. The kid mentioned he had two people come in before me that had to make calls to check out their trucks. Just a big long hour of a mess and headache

Your 24/7 check in is shit. You should let people complete the process before hand, or at least tell them they need references or a fucking passport!!! Or a fucking lease agreement!! Who drives around with these things in their car? Terrible experience. I honesrly don't even know if I want to use uhaul ever again because of that. Oh, and if I show up an hour late to pick up my 24/7 pickup the app no longer allows me to pick up the truck? And getting a real person to talk to in your call center takes 20 minutes? What a shit show

The office did not set up the on line pick up correctly. I never received a text or email providing the process and instructions to get the key from the lock box, The agent I spoke with at the UHaul help line indicated the Rita Ranch office did not set up the pick up correctly in the system.
