When we pick up the truck it needed oil and oil light was on. So we had to stop and put oil in. We didn't have time to wait around for road side assistance.. What a pain. We won't be using uhaul again!!!! I should have requested a credit for our time and hassle....then the lady at the uhaul requested I wear a mask after she found out I had covid 2 months ago. She said it had just come in on a memo that all customers were mandated to wear mask, yet as my husband checked out the truck 3 other people without mask went in and were served!!!! I tested negative last month...how rude!!!!!! We were charged 22 $for gas cause it wasn't exactly where it was supposed to be , how the heck am I suppose to know what 15/16th is?? I know full 3/4 , 1/2. , 1/4 , and empty ....this whole rental was mess. We couldn't even pick it up when we needed to. Had to pick it up the next day....so disgusted and annoyed!!!!!!Timothy B.

I was charged for fuel, after I had dropped off the rental. The rental WAS properly refueled to 5/8 of a tank. I also took a picture of the fuel gauge which shows that the vehicle was returned with the same level of fuel from the pick-up date. I called the location because my credit card was unnecessarily charged for fuel. I was informed that I would receive a call-back about the incident, but no call was ever returned.Funderburk C.
