This location was awesome and very helpful and got us set up with our trailer. In my experience, the individual Uhaul locations are excellent and do what they can to get you taken care of, but the Uhaul system is horrible and Uhaul corporate needs lots of work. This was the 4th location I had to drive to to get my reserved equipment. The first location that I had initially reserved at had a damaged trailer that was unusable, yet was still available to rent. The next location that Uhaul sent me to was closed, and we only found that out after they sent us there. The 3rd location was supposed to have my equipment, but when I got there, they told me I couldn't have a trailer because I needed a one-way and they only had in town ones. Finally, the 4th location I was sent to actually had the trailer. I wish there was another option other than Uhaul to rent trailers from, as I would strongly recommend not using them! All of the locations that were Uhaul affiliates seemed equally as frustrated as I was and seem to deal with this everytime they rent Uhaul equipment. Be prepared when renting from Uhaul to be very frustrated, inconvenienced, and not get what you reserved on the first try!

Trailor was dirty when I picked it up. When I picked up the trailor I asked if they would be open for Labor day and was told yes...they were not, I Passes by in the morning to drop off..nobody there, Came back...nobody there...so I left it and was charged an extra day...wow!

You can make sure that the odometer reading is correct before renting out to other customers we had made it aware to customer service representatives that the odometer reading was not correct we took video and pictures just in case we even made a dispute and still got charged for miles on the U-Haul that we did not drive. 19 miles is oh that were used on the U-Haul starting on August 27 at 8:15 PM and we returned on August 28 at 8 AM. Calling customer service again to resolve the issue which is where we did the dispute we We're told we would not be charged for the amount of miles We're told we would not be charged for the amount of miles That were incorrect on the U-Haul. But then I received an email today with a receipt saying that we rented on today's date August 30 at 3:55pm and are being charged the amount of $298 on top of the $100 we've already paid .Not only was the odometer reading wrong but the charges were wrong and the date a rental was wrong. I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone complete rip off I would like customer service to reach out to me immediately to resolve this issue. Why did I place a dispute and have proof and still get charged this ridiculous amount even though I only drove 19 miles.

This location was fine. Uhaul as a company is another story. This was one of the worst experiences and I would give Uhaul a below poor rating. I reserved a truck weeks in advance and although I was promised I would get a call 24-48 hours in advance, no one called. When I called them, I was told they do not have the truck I reserved…the day before we were supposed to move. They were indifferent and unfair and totally uncaring. Although their outdated system said they have trucks available; indeed they didn't. I ended up getting a truck but it was half the size I originally reserved and we had to leave some stuff back where we moved from. All that to say - don't use Uhaul! Pay the extra money and go somewhere else…it will be worth your money and sanity.

I reserved my truck and upon arrival they told me that they had changed my location 45 minutes earlier. I went to the other location and it said it would not be open for an hour after I had reserved it in the first place. Then after waiting around for an hour I called Uhaul and they called the garage it was at and told me it was closed for the day and I would have to remote pick it up. Then I spent the next hour on the phone, transferred three times, and was hung up on twice.

Customer service was excellent. After a difficult move it was nice to finally finish it and have a friendly, smiling face to return the rental equipment too. Top tier service. I will be returning if I ever need an auto mechanic due to his customer service... and also if I need a uhaul again!

I had to repair my trailer wiring and the shop didn't have any trailer harnesses on hand. A few bits and pieces might be handy for the afternoon trailer rental, but no big deal really. There was a stocked parts store a block away. I handled it.

Give me a rental truck that does not break down 3 miles after I had fully filled it and started to head to my end destination causing us to sit on the side of the highway for 4+ hours and not arrive at my end destination 8 hours past when originally planned.

I need someone to call me. I did not get my truck because it was not ready. So, I had to go to a different location. I didn't have equipment or pads. I also could not get your app to load so the gas was at a quarter and I returned it at a quarter. Please refund me the $26 for gas and $17 for dolly and pads that did not get used. Additionally, the gal on the phone told me I am getting $50 off for the inconvenience and having to go to a different location. I'd like corrected asap. Merci.
