Not open on Sundays (which is why I originally selected the Winsted location) and when I arrived on Friday the sign on the door said closed ... apparently the owner's child plays with the sign. Also, the agent at the desk was rather clueless.

First of all moving cross country is stressful enough, then you get a call the day of that your uhual trailer is over an hour away so they give you a free day. I didn't need a free day, give us credit for the drive two hours round trip out of our way! Then we reserved the uhual at a center so they could help us install it. There was NOONE to help us, on top of trying to figure it out to make sure it's safe, it starts raining with lighting and hail. So the older woman tries to come out and help but has no idea, so some more time goes she calls her boss, by then I called my uncle to get help on what goes where. The guy asked if we were leaving this certain town I said yes. We meet some guy at a McDonald's parking lot to help install it. Awful experience!!!!
