Josh, was so helpful! I felt he was kind and explained everything very well. I would recommend Josh to my friends and family any day!
Josh was very profound courteous. He knows what he's doing and he was a great help to me; he went above and beyond to identify a problem with my Quick Connect Module for the trailer. He helped me locate a replaced and he replaced it at no charge for all the extra time he gave me. Very nice guy! And I made my 1400 mile trip with trailer in tow smoothly and safely. The only negative feedback I can provide is that we were suppose to pick up at a different location! Everyone was very helpful and kind from start to finish! Thank you all!
Your online chat and wait time for approval process was horrible! I waited 45 minutes from time of arrival to keys in truck. That situation through off our schedule and plan to meet volunteers to help move.
Make all locations as smooth and easy to get in and out as this one.
