Josh was very profound courteous. He knows what he's doing and he was a great help to me; he went above and beyond to identify a problem with my Quick Connect Module for the trailer. He helped me locate a replaced and he replaced it at no charge for all the extra time he gave me. Very nice guy! And I made my 1400 mile trip with trailer in tow smoothly and safely.
