Joseph dAllow the Truck to be dropped off at a different UHaul Rental Location, especially if that location was the destination point!!! Do not gouge the customer as a penalty if they were to just leave the truck at the Uhaul Destination location;

SCOTT CI was asked if I could bring back truck early so another customer could rent the truck. Returned the truck over 12 hours early and still have to pay mileage due to NH and Maine not having any trucks!

BRYAN KThe only problem I have is with you!! Corporate U-Haul. You guys suck!!!!! I had to drive over an hour to pick up my truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst!!
Joshua FAgain, no one was there. I only dropped the keys in the key drop box at 230 pm on Saturday less than 24 hours after I picked the truck up.
CHRISTOPHER DThe service and truck were excellent. The gentleman at the counter was professional and was very instructive on the operation of the truck. The return was also easy and I was not billed any extra as i followed the rules and make sure truck was clean, equipment returned and blankets folded and packaged and gas at the level i received.

Scott HDriver's seat needs more than just two adjustments. Uncomfortable after only two hours on the road. Will not rent your trucks for a long trip. FYI - I do not have any back problems and am in great health!
John CI've rented many Uhauls from different locations. This was by far my best experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you need a Uhaul, this is the place to go!

Scott POnly issue I encountered was I opted out of the insurance coverage and that was correctly indicated on my reservation. But when the final bill arrived I was charged the highest amount of coverage?? I called and was told it would be corrected. Both people I spoke to were great....just making note of it.

Arthur J2nd time I used this drop off location they are easy going.
Steven LThere are no markings to indicate that this location is a Uhaul dealer (or if there are, they're really easy to miss). The first time we drove by the location and had to turn around. Better signage would be a very good thing. Additionally the truck needed new wipers and has a pretty noisy exhaust manifold leak (spitting while running).
Jason CWhen returning the trailer, I had to back the trailer in, which was a bit of a challenge. There was not enough room to do a U-turn.

Celest MSend them somewhere else. I was charged $12 for gas on a 20 mile rental but I put $10 in gas in the tank before returning the truck. Does the truck need 7+ gallons of gas to drive 20 miles?
