DANIEL TThe first truck they gave me had an engine light on. So I returned it before leaving the parking lot. There were only two large trucks at the time. The second truck had a wheel alignment was off. The truck pulled to the Right the entire 6 hours of the move, and during windy situations on the road, it felt like, we were going to run off the road several times. I did not feel safe.

Virginia CDropped off a trailer here on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of space to pull in and turn around. Since it was an after-hours drop off, I didn't go into the building or interact with anyone. The lot where I dropped off the trailer was clean. The building was nothing special on the outside, but it's a towing company so that tracks. Grateful for a nearby 24-hour drop off location after 2 days of towing the trailer.
Michael LDidn't like that they were going to charge me $9 for gas when we filled it up above what we received it! Maybe beware!...

Tara BSelf guided return process was equally frustrating. You take all the pictures, upload them, then just wait…and wait….and wait. You start to question if you've done something wrong or if it isn't working so you try again. The location also only had one parking spot left. Not sure I'll rent with U-Haul again, but definitely not doing the self guided crap because their technology is crap.
Michael CNot sure why I was charged 25 for cleaning. Since the location was not staffed during the drop off hours on Sunday, not sure I can defend that the vehicle was clean. I did kick a few leaves out of the back and removed a coat hangar that was left back there before I left.

Thomas RWhen I went to pickup equipment after being redirected to this location because my original location did not have car dolley, the new car dolley had an electrical problem and I had to come back several hours later to pickup the rental causing me to be 5 hours behind.
BRIAN DCOMMUNICATION...The site closed at 12 even though our reservation was to pick up at 1 pm. No one informed us of that! I did NOT want to check out through the app. There was no one on-site to help us. When we called the number listed at the location the woman was not able to help us with the app to check out the truck and just said we close early on Fridays. The app was not working it took us 2 hours and several phone calls and representatives to finally check out the truck by then we had movers waiting for us. Do not send vital information through email that people don't check every day 15 minutes before a pickup when all other communication has been through text. I will strongly consider using another company next time!

Robert MOnly complaint I have is, guy in charge is not there at time I have truck reserved. This is the second time I have rented from there. Each time he was late getting there.

Roy CMake sure if a customer has an appt to pick up equipment that someone is there to give them the keys. And don't ask if extras are needed (dolly, covers, etc) if they aren't available at that location.

Makr RI was not asked how many miles nor told there would be 0,99 extra for each mile over what Uhaul estimated. Because of the poor road conditions in front of the store I had to go out of my way to get to where I was loading. The return store is about 5 miles from my home so was about 6 miles over the allotted miles.. I had filled the truck with more gas than i used but still had to pay for the extra $6 for miles. The contract print is so small and I did not see that it was only giving me the miles between stores and not the actual miles for the whole trip and return to the store

There were mechanics working there, but they did not speak english and said they were not able to help and the owner wouldn't be in that day at all. We had to wait for over 45 minutes for a regional person to show up and get us the keys.

Jeffrey MWell for starters get people who speak English! Also online the truck rental said $39.95. I got charged $146! They said rental was $102 and the fuel wasn't returned at where it was before I used it! This is a lie but I did not take a picture of it so don't have proof! Plus they charged me for 50 miles when I only used 32.. Very poor service and never again will I go to this location

Suzetta LWhen I arrived at the location he had my reservation time for 3 hours and I know good and well I did not choose a 3-hour time slot because my one-way drive was 2 hours I chose a 24-hour time slot I believe my reservation was altered by the business owner as I stood there and watched him alter it and adjust it to 4:00 p.m. when originally he had it set for me to return the equipment at 1:30 p.m. I would not have chose a 3-hour time slot. At the minimum I needed the equipment for atleast 6 hours. So I felt rushed to get the equipment back.

JULIE NMy complaint was i set a time, they were 2 hours late being able to get me the truck. If that was me, as the customer, i wouldve been fined or charged. When i made a complaint, the manager was supposed to reach out... im still waiting and im not happy

Michael DThis location also services big rigs and it is so loud in the office that you literally cannot hear the clerk speaking. Good thing I read lips. Otherwise it was great. I went in did 2 minutes of paperwork got my truck key left moved came back and gave me my keys he checked it over and that was it I was done. A+ for ease of service
Rhonda CI had a bad experience with the gentleman who checked me in. I tried to do online check in and checked out since I knew I only had 30 mins for lunch. I don't think I ended up completing my reservation until I think the time of the reservation. But i have been a littlelate to pick up another truck and never have an issue with my online order of just being able to pick it up with my phone but this gentleman canceled it pretty much right after it was made because of the time I was there within a 1/2 hour and he said it had got canceled because I wasn't there at that specific time. I had to find a ride cause my car broke down. He ended up taking 35 minutes of my 30 minute lunch checking me in which I could of just change the time online and it been a lot faster but he was almost being slow on purpose and was being very persistent to check me in even after I continued to tell him I needed to leave because I had to get back to work. He was acting very odd almost suspicious. He made me feel very uneasy I am not happy with this location I will never go back to that location. Then I didn't have phone service at the time of drop off, so I was unable to check my order in. Well he checked me in a 1/2Hour after it was due back I had already dropped it off and he ended up charging me for 2 days plus he charged me $10 in gas even though it was put back on full I have pictures to prove it I just couldn't do the check in process at that time. So was unable to upload

Harris JReturned a fuller tank and clean truck and still charged a 25 dollar cleaning fee. When I go to dispute this charge with the link in the email I am told they only get emails from within the organization or approved emails and I am not on the approved list so I have no way to dispute the cleaning fee. They were cleaning other trucks when I arrived and just took the keys and told me that they would take care of the truck, there was no one there in a position to show that the truck was clean. This also wasn't the destination that I had requested as drop off so it made me change plans that had already been set. Not happy this time around.

Benjamin DSmell of Kerosene fumes in truck. Lasted entire trip. Had to have roadside asst. come fix truck before ever leaving town. Put me 2 hours behind on leaving. Pick-up location was cold and nasty! No walk around for damage! My truck rode like a log wagon. Wouldn't recomend!!

Michelle BAll of the trucks were parked in very muddy sections, so you couldn't help but getting dirty. The locks to get the key out of the back of the truck during pick up we're very difficult to use.

RICHARD GThe parking area was very muddy. Door locked even though it showed they were open so I had to wait outside. The mud in the floorboard was from their parking area, everywhere I took it was paved or cement. The truck had just under 3/4 tank but he put 7/8 on contract. Starting miles was 84 652,5 not 84648.0.
