manager be present when renting the truck to me instead of doing it over the phone. person greeting me be more knowledgeable about renting trucks. not tell me when i return the truck if i took pictures or not. go over damage with the customer. give the person lessens in customer service!

John Swhen I picked up the trailer there was no one available to help with hook up. The lady in the store did her best to find someone but was not successful Fortunately I did get some volunteers to help.
