Richard FFriendly home town family run business. I called at 8, not knowing that they weren't "open" until 9, and the lady actually picked up the phone and checked inventory for me. The whole experience was really good and I will be going to them for any future rentals. I like the other place I've used, but I love this place.
Timothy RAlthough the vehicle was filthy inside the cab, it did not impact the usefulness of the vehicle for our needs. The owner/operator apologized for the condition, and explained the circumstances. This particular U-Haul location was a very small location but was extremely close to our home and our in town usage.

Joann PYour computer sent me a confirmation that my pickup location was 2 hours away. This caused me great concern, and I had to waste my time and my local agent's time to learn the confirmation was generated automatically with incorrect confirmation information. You should correct this problem.

Dawn goes out of her way to be helpful and she is so kind and just wonderful to work with. We highly recommend doing business with Roberts Gamily Enterprise.
