The lady told us that we, could drop the U-Haul at any location, (We took the U-Haul to Athens Ga. , North Ave. the lady their told us after we had been their about 40 minutes, that we couldn't return the U-Haul their, and said the lady in Florida didn't know what she was talking about, also she was very ruled and said that they don't take back U-Haul if the address wasn't their at their place.) they didn't walk out to inspect the truck with us , didn't tell us anything about the U-Haul when we look at the truck, it needed sweeping out the truck had a bad smell in it, the place was full of mole, couldn't hardly breathe in the place. gave us the wrong dolly, the number didn't not match up , when we drop the U-Haul off. the address was even wrong. which we had to put in more gas and even went over from where the gas was surpose to be , it was very frustrated, we was tired all ready, from the long drive we had, also the air condition was very poor, it was hot driving that long distance without air, the air-condition was blowing out hot air . with all do respect, I'm asking for a refund for my gas of $40 I felt that we had false information with the address, what made me really mad, we had already call in a day before to get the U-Haul and the dolly, when we got their, another lady came up, wanted a dolly, she try to tell us to go somewhere else to pickup a dolly, so that she could give it to the white lady , I told her I'm not going anywhere to pick up anything , when I had already paid for it, to me that was racists. they need to cleanup that place, it wasn't up the code to be running a business. thank you for you cooperation stay safe and have a bless day. Very slow, no help with connecting trailer to our car. Had to take trailer to car wash and pressure wash what looked like soda out before we could load our stuff into it. That was after my wife took a bag of trash out out it.shannon B.

Absolute terrible experience. Spoke to two people who finally told us to wait for third person to help us. Location conducted entire transaction on cell phone which was extremely slow. We made reservation online including payment. We had to provide all information over again at location and wait while lady entered all data via cell phone. Was told credit card machine was down so they had to call another location for assistance. We paid online so not sure why we had to call another store. Spent 45 mins picking up a trailer we already reserved online and there was no other customer so the delay was no because we were waiting in line. Total ineffiency and lack of proper equipment (computer) led to this unpleasant experience.Suzette R.
