I have used many storage facilities over the years on two different sides of the country. This one BY FAR has been one of the friendliest, most convenient, and well-kept facilities I've ever worked with. Prices are fair and staff realizes that we are human! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I felt that my belongings were safe there because there are a couple security measures in place: you have to have a code to get through the main gate, then a key to enter the building, plus the lock I put on the door. The drain cause abundance of trouble getting the wheeled equipment into and out of the unit. It actually took a 1 person job, into a 2 and 3 person job as we had to lift each peice over the drain. It was after hours when we made our first drop off or I would have asked for a new unit.

Storage got very dusty due to openings at top of unit, anyone's bugs or whatever could get to each unit. Had 11 days remaining and no refund, gave notice, never paid late, if move in 11 days early customer would pay. Very congested at times due to big pontoons, boats,. Staff very nice.

Disturbingly however, is your inability to refund monies against unused storage time. For example, I rented three units, turned them back to you yesterday: this equates to approximately $140 in unused storage capacity. While $140 is not "huge" in comparison to your overall operation-it is a substantial amount of money to me. I understand what's in the contract-it doesn't make it right. In the future when asked about your facility-I'll tell the truth-great operation-Robin, makes it so! I'll also inform them as to the special language in the contract.
