Traffic was a little fast on that road but other than that it was ok and easy to get the keys. I would say that previous renters should be mindful and fold up the equipment so that the next person can use them. When I looked into the back of the truck, the moving sheets/mats were all over the place. Overall, the truck was great! I got done with all of my moving in just a day and a half. Thanks

I did not return the vehicle to this location, my son-in-law did on 9/4/23.
Robert TThere are lags in the company response. I return the car back to the location I received the truck before the due time. But this was not enough check me out and send the receipt and it took two days to finish this issue.

Denise CWasn't the lady's fault! She was wonderful! However the windshield was dangerously slathered in bugs! The back of truck was dirty - the tank was low-but it got me to the gas station so thank God for that!
Hope TTruck was parked on the street. Maybe in a parking lot or side lane would be better. Lots of helpful tips in the truck.
