Staff was very friendly and professional. I rented a truck for a very short period of time but it was a very smooth transaction.

DONALD DRented a truck for three hours to move some furniture from my home to my son's home. Truck was perfect size for what we were moving. Rep at location had trouble with the Uhaul website when checking in, so it took him longer than he wanted when we picked it up. Not his fault. Got the truck back before closing time-good rental-no issues.
Joseph KHassle experience with app. Vehicle head lights not up to the mark. Driver seat adjustment was not there. Too much time to take mobile pickup
Manoj PI was charged twice (still need to correct it) and picked up a vehicle with 3/4 full tank so ended up spending $30 on gas that I didn't use. Very unprofessional

MARCELLA MThe vehicle was clean. Suspension is so bad that it damaged my belongings while driving 15mph under the speed limit for 1hr.
Stefan BEquipment was not cleaned. The driver seat was malfunctioning. It will not adjust. It was very difficult for me to drive. When it was returned and the issue was told, they said they are aware of the issue and that the seat probably needs to be repaced.

Gabriel BThe location was very convenient and the staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. They made the whole process easy and comfortable. But, the van was dirty inside and had an odor. The steering wheel was sticky, the cup holders had dirt inside them and the door interior was scuffed with dirt. Everything I touched was dirty and sticky. I had to wipe it all off before I could drive it. I cleaned it more at home and returned it cleaner than I got it. All that said, I would definitely rent from this location again.

Nathan KThe rental truck was properly maintained and worked well. This location's computer system was down, which caused issues with checking in and returning the truck. The initial mileage was grossly overestimated, and the check in of the truck to correct the mileage total was very delayed. Only after I called UHaul's National customer service and the regional manager was contacted the truck was checked in and the mileage was corrected. If at all possible, rent from another location. UHaul's customer service was excellent, it is just this location in particular that was unsatisfactory.
Amanda RThe vehicle I was rented was a piece of sh't. It shook constantly and rattle like it was falling apart. I was afraid of driving it. This vehicle should not be allowed on the road. I can't believe I had to pay $149 to rent this for only a few hours. The back lift door would not stay closed as the vehicle rattled so much the lock would not stay in place, causing the door to open constantly. I will never rent again from U-hal. Plus, the office was a disaster(very messy and dirty. ) The two desk in the office was loaded on top with all kinds of paper and junk.
Earline KThey did not explain a single aspect of my rental from drop off location, time, or milage. Pricing was not explained and they did not ask if I wanted to pay a different way then the credit card I used to hold the reservation. They just charged the card and said sign here. The truck had not been cleaned and still contained rope from the previous renter. Would NOT recommend this location to anyone, they need to be retrained on the process and how to walk customers through the process.

Maureen TAbsolutely atrocious check in process. I still have no ideal how much fuel I'm suppose to replace so I filled it up. The seat belt on the drivers side comes unbuckled. Yet to receive a copy of my contract or receipt. Return the truck was just as bad. Numerous online / app issues. Constant crashing. Miserable experience dealing with this U-Haul service. Wish I could be reimbursed.

David COffice was messy looking. The truck was very dirty both inside the cabin and in back box truck area. It was gross to drive. (I have rented from two other locations. I know they are not perfect, but this was the worst!)

BRADLEY WLocation was good. Staff was very good and provided information. The vehicle was below average. Lot of wind noise inside driver cabin as the door seals were not good. Also the cabin wasnt clean at the time of pickup.
Sachin PApp worked well. The truck was there and clean. However, the check air pressure light was on. One of the tires was at 30 while the other tires were at 70.

Andrea SCustomer service was great! Pickup and drop off very easy and staff was very helpful! The truck I rented was fine for local rental, but worn and would not recommend for long distance. I did have to lubricate the lock so that it could be used for my after hours return.
James GMy major problem is after my return. For some reason my credit card is declining the tolls. But try to contact Uhaul! I could get the Pentagon quicker. Why doesn't your system have callbacks. The text from you suggested that you do, but I cannot find it - and I do want to pay my $61,35 balance. 978.317.6005
