There was no one there during hours when we brought back the trailer. It would have been very helpful to have someone show us how to unhitch it.

Gary Charles Y.When I rented the 15 foot moving van, I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and said that I did not need the van until Friday night or Saturday morning. Knowing that the rental place was not open on Sunday, I told them that I would return it on Monday morning. I was told the gate would not be locked and that I could return it Sunday night. I picked up the van on Friday between 6:00 and 6:30 pm and returned the van Sunday night just after 8:00 pm. When I received the invoice on Monday, I discovered that I was charged from 2:40 pm on Friday until 8:49 am on Monday. According to this, I was charged for 4 days, when I actually had possession for just over two days.

JASON S.After I was quoted a price including miles they charged me an additional $700 because they “made a mistake†at pick up. When I tried to dispute it they said I shouldn't have paid if the amount was incorrect. They had my card on file so it was charged automatically. I would not have paid the incorrect amount. I am frustrated that I have made 4 calls now with no resolution. Currently on hold again with someone who is saying because I talked to a representative in person it was not recorded so they can't help me regardless of what was said by the uhaul employee. So frustrating. That's said, everyone has jerk pleasing however this needs to get resolved. An additional $700 on a $900 rental is not acceptable.
