Waited for 11/2 hours for someone to show up at the location to give me the trailer.
Susan H.The location was a house with absolutely no signage. Called twice and wasn't able to get a hold of anyone...walked up to the house and was told by whoever was there to "just drop it and I'll handle it later". At that point, he left the premises and left my 62 year old mother and I, to off load the trailer ourselves. Luckily, I was able to remove the trailer, but it almost rolled down the hill, since the property was not level. I picked this location because I assumed it was a business and would be given assistance. Absolutely horrible customer service and a extremely poor representation of U-Haul.

HELEN V.I dropped off the Uhaul with a full tank. They marked on my sheet it was a quarter tank low. I didn't even drive enough miles to use a quarter tank of gas. I expect this to be resolved ASAP.
Brett A.I walked out of their office smelling like a smokers ash tray. GPS took me down the wrong road. Their large dogs were barking at every move I made. The location was a dump, I did not want to sit anywhere or be in there for any time. They young guy who checked me in was great and very professional, but the other two that were there didn't even give me a glance.
James T.Sunday we went to the closest uhaul dealer to drop off the truck and were told we couldn't do that and had to backtrack to another site further away. There, the video does not make it clear that you have to be on site to self-check in, and also didn't say the picture uploads had to be on your app which would not download at the site. So all the requested pictures were taken and we went home again to download the app to complete the check in only to be told we weren't in the assigned location!!! AGAIN, we returned to the dealer and finally were able to get it done!
