They say they don't bite but who cares I still shouldn't be forced to interact with them. I will never go to that location again

They assumed im an idiot and couldn't tell where the gas hand was when i brought it back. Then tried to say i owed 150 more. Never again. They were so shady. I would not spend my worst enemy there.

JON LEBOI had the trailer for about 7 to 8 hours pop the flat called the roadside assistance filled everything out online never return my car in three hours so I left the trailer and now they’re charging me $184 plus another $92 for something I have no idea so I would really like for you to get a hold of me and call me back at 937–250-8931 I’m supposed to have the trailer for four days only use it for one day and no one called me from roadside assistance ever and now you guys are charging me for three more days that I didn’t use the trailer just not very happy with your service or customer service

I was told that the office would be closed on Monday for the holiday and as long as the truck was back before Tuesday morning it would only be $39.99. When the email came with the bill, I was charged $90.00, for the rental. I made it a point to have the conversation about the fee because I knew what we could afford to pay. As my husband is a ill veteran and I count every penny. Which is why I asked how much more would it be if we kept it more than the 6 hours. The man said it would still be the $39.00. Then he went on to say that he would not be in on Monday because of the holiday. But if I kept it until Tuesday morning it would be another, $39.00. Therefore, I had it back long before Tuesday morning. My family uses Uhaul often and this is our first issue. Had I known you would double my fee after assuring me that it was only $39.00, I would have never ever agreed. We are almost 80 years old and have always worked and paid our own way. But it is not a good feeling to know that we just got beat, by Uhaul. We have a huge family and our offsprings are well over 46 people. They need to not use Uhaul, if this is how business is handled. Don't mislead, the next customer or as I tell my great grandbabies, "Don't lie." If we were working senior citizens, I would not say anything. If I could pay double the price I never would have asked for a senior citizen discount or military discount.

KAREN DAVISWhile the owner of this location was super friendly, we waited almost an hour after the time we were told he would open for him to arrive. The truck was clean, but it leaked when it rained and ruined two cushions to an almost new couch. Very disappointing.

CRAIG SCHILLINGI wasn't able to talk with anyone at this location until after 1:00 pm. And they opened at 9:00am. When I did eventually talk to someone she was very rude. I did not feel safe leaving the truck at the location the night before.

Chuck SandsGlenn was excellent. I will use this location over others in Dayton. Smaller place with a few trucks so there was no wait. When I go to the bigger places I end up waiting an hour to check out my truck because of the line.

Billy StacyWe had the truck reserved for a different location that was very close to our home. I even called the location to ensure that it would be there. When we got there to pick the truck up, it wasn"t there. Apparently the person who was returning the truck did not return it to the right place. Now I understand that uhaul has no control over that but they could have called me or the store that I was supposed to pick it up from. So we wasted over an hour trying to finding out what was going on and had to drive 15 miles further away to pick up the truck which wasted even more time. It is not hard to make a phone call or send a text message. This is just simple good customer service.
