Justin HThe individual was great and helpful. Trailer was dirty with trash, and nuts and bolts in it. Also the chains that hold the tailgate were disconnected causing it to fall and hit my leg. There was no way to reconnect the chains and I notified her when I got back.

Lucky for me the office was open and the girl inside was able to help me complete the transaction so I could rent the truck. I don't know what I would've done if the office hadn't been open. MANUEL MSome of the extra equipment I paid for ( appliance dolly) was not in the truck. However, even after talking to someone letting them know I didn't receive the equipment, I was still charged.

John CI was very disappointed when I found out you don't prorate any unused portion of month paid for. I have 23 days of the month paid for that is not refunded. I could use the money just as much as rocket city storage. This would have put the icing on the cake for the highest quality, access & security Rocket City Storage offers. I know you will be double dipping on the storage unit and rent it out make money & keep my credit. I had a prime unit so I know it will not take much to rent. This is what kept me from choosing Excellent. Marian #1002

Carissa MThe online registration process was inconsistent with the information that I provided when I reserved the vehicle. I was led to believe someone would call me to confirm the appointment the next day. Never received a call. I ended up calling 2 days prior to reservation and was told it was with scheduling. On day of reservation, May 20. There was no way to get my vehicle. The hours said it opened at 8am. There was no one there. I called and eventually spoke to a lady that said I should be able to get the key without someone being at the office. I ask how was that. At approximately 8:18am, the worker finally showed up. He jumped out of his car & said I should be able to get a key without going through a person. I explained to him I got assigned the vehicle but didn't get a key code. I went inside. He wanted my drivers license and a phone number for someone to call confirm they knew me. I explained I had already provided the information online twice, at time of reservation and then just a few minutes earlier since the business wasn't open at 8am. Then told him the lady I was speaking with had also mentioned it but then he pulled up while she put me on hold. She never called me back after I hung up to go inside with the guy who was working. I only used 5 hours of the reservation but it was still frustrating to not get the vehicle on time since I had people waiting on me to help and them needing to leave at noon. It was also a threat of rain & it ended up raining. I would not recommend this location due to inconsistent business communications & hours clearly not correct when an employee doesn't show up on time. I arrived at the location at 740 because the email confirmation said I could I arrive at the location at 7:50 so I could start the process to do I could be out of there at 8am.

Thomas HI must say that this location was convenient and other than 1 access door always getting dislodged, I was pretty much happy with them. The staff interactions have always been very positive at this location. I have been with both N 231/431 locations for probably over 10 years (combined duration). The facilities were expensive, IMO, but met my needs. Recent increase in pricing without regard to customer loyalty was my reason for leaving. As well, they state that they are competitive, yet I got secured a storage location in which the storage unit was the same size, closer to my home, fairly new, and the cost was over $40 less per month.
