Joe PI really don't have any recommendations for improvement. Your system seems to work just fine, the price seemed Fair for the equipment I rented, thus I'm quite satisfied

Kent SGot there and the app did not work. I had to go in and luckily someone was there to help, because they're usually not there on Saturday. Plus I got charged $20 dollars for "after hours " drop off…. When all day Saturday is "after hours for them. I have rented several u hauls this past month to move. Each time I tried to use the app it did not work. Each time this put me hours behind schedule.
Brian MThe Kentucky route went good.but the 405 62 65 bypass for Clark's it was the worse service I've ever had.i drop by trailer off at night cause I had work next day.he charged me a extra 21,91 .plus when I left for Kentucky pick up a trailer at Clark's .got home trailer the back lights where falling out and lights would not work.he didn't check to see if lights work or not.had to drive all the way back and get another .this guy does not need to be in the rent a trailer business. Worse service I ever hsd.never will rent a trailer from the guy a again.
DONNA HShould be given credit for extra gas left in the vehicle. It had a half a tank and when I dropped it off it had over 3/4 of a tank

Matthew CYou rented me two trailers with defective / damaged couplers. Both trailers came off the hitch while on the interstate. My wife and I are very lucky we were not injured or injured someone else. I will never use u haul again.
