They were great!!
Kathy MUpon pick up of vehicle I check gas gage and mileage to be sure it was correct. Mileage was off by half a mile. Not a big deal. But I wasn't going to allow them to charge me any amount of money that I don't actually owe. He said he'd make a note of it. The Next day I bring the vehicle back. The employee not the same employee from the 1st day wasn't going to walk the vehicle to make sure everything was good. So I asked him to walk the vehicle so I could make sure I'm good. He gave me attitude like I was asking him to go out of his way. He then proceeds to comment Oh because you want your 0,3 cents referring to the half mileage discrepancy with an attitude. In reality this was not the reason, I just wanted to make sure I was good. Words were exchanged. I decided to just get outta there before I did something I would regret. As I'm walking out words are still being exchanged and he tells me to call 911. Obviously saying this because for some reason he thought the situation was funny. By far the worst customer service I've ever come across. There's not one company out there that should want this guy representing them. This guy deserves to lose his job. Oh and I never got a paper receipt like I wanted. He acted like this was too much for me to ask. Telling me if you want a paper copy it'll take a while, with an attitude of coarse. Insane situation. It would do him good if Karma paid him a visit.

Dianna RWhen I showed up to another location the truck wasn't there so I rescheduled online with Rockvill and they were there with truck I needed at the right time.
JENNIFER ARockvill RV was a great choice. Trying to use the Uhaul after hours pick up system was not. We were supposed to pick up @ 7am but had to wait until Rockvill opened at 8am to get our truck. Thanks to the wonderful staff we were able to stay on schedule.
GARY WThe cargo van was dirty. Could have been vacuumed and washed prior to renting it out again. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

peter GClean the units by at least spraying them off and sweep or blow out the cargo area. Also no assistance was offered to load the requested dolly which was quite heavy and I had the figure out the securing mechanism myself. Overall a good experience but in this day and age customer service is lacking almost every where.

Daniel S24/7 u-Haul mobile app did not work well for pick up. Had to call customer service. She had to reset my account so I could pick up the truck rental after hours.
Deneen MI have rented from Rockville Storage twice. Everything was excellent no bad comments just the dolly that I rented that flat tires so I didn't get to use the dolly handtruck thank you again sincerely, Michael.
michael mOur experience with this U-Haul facility was good except for one important thing. When we picked up the cargo van, the windshield and the side view mirrors were filthy with dirt and bird markings. I noticed that 2 other vehicles for rent on the lot were also the same way. I would expect that an employee would clean all of the windows each time a vehicle is returned and before it is rented out again.

DARRELL CThe truck I received needed major front in work. Made tons of sounds when loaded that you could feel in the steering wheel. Wiper blades were shot and useless. Wouldn't want to drive this truck a long ways as it would be unsafe. I have to say, I had great service at this location.

tara oThe truck only came with a quarter tank. Not knowing the size of the gas tank or what kind of mileage the truck would get I filled it up but only used a quarter tank on my trip. I unnecessarily spent an extra 50 bucks on gas. There was an issue with the gas cap as well. It wouldn't click when turning. The warning message on the truck kept going off indicating the gas cap wasn't tight. The truck downshifted hard and had a really rough ride with no suspension. The facility was nice and new though

Miguel AI ordered a furniture dolly and was told they had none when I arrived in their office. No one notified me Beforehand and I am picking up a huge sofa with one other person. I then told him to find me a Uhaul truck office that does have the dolly. Suddenly he remembered that there is a dolly the office uses...took an extra 20 minutes to remember...late fir my pick up. No help telling where the lockbox was or which of three trucks was supposed to be mine! Guessed it was the one in the middle, the key worked and we left. 30 minutes later. There was no one there before us. Your guy didn't seem very happy to be there...I felt it was more self serve than customer service
Wendy WThe only problem I had was the early check-in with the code for the key lock box. The man on thw trouble shooting line said that there was an issue with android phones which is not an exceptable excuse. Oter than that it was a very good experience.

Paula Mthere was terrible service out there and NO wifi to be able to connect and retrieve the information for my truck. it took me an hour to get my truck because of the terrible service.
Abbey TA loud hissing noise on passenger side of 10' truck and lack of working a/c suggests needed maintenance was not performed on the vehicle.
James BThree workers friendly and professional. Truck not guaranteed at location, but would find me one nearby. When returned truck location closed at 11,45 am. Called call center and after a half hour sad would contact location. Left key in lock box. Next day saw bill charged for gas. Went back next day with gas receipt. Worker said bill was correct. We went into truck to show truck gassed up. Got refund.
