The location does not have regular business hours. A landline phone number is posted on the front door. I called the number several times on Monday, no answer and not able to leave a message. I was able to connect with Zach the proprietor on Tuesday and was able to confirm arrangements to pick up a trailer I had reserved. I was concerned on Monday that I should possibly make other arrangements at another location to pick up the trailer due to contact not able to be made on Monday. However, in the end I had a good experience with pick up. I observed Zach following all the U-Haul protocols for rental.

No one was there, there were holes in the glass, and no one answered the "if you need us call this number" phone after multiple attempts.

I was uneasy about just leaving the trailer without being checked in was afraid something might happen to it and I would be responsible. I called uhaul and the nice lady there checked me in. Sheena was her name and she made me feel better about leaving the trailer.

Brian RI was not thrilled with the pick up part of the U-Haul. It took us over an hour to submit all the correct documentation to get the key. We was on the phone with multiple people in that hour because the drivers license would not upload to the app. It's not in the safest area and I had my kids there with me with random people surrounding my vehicle while we was trying to get the information needed for the key.

Thomas HI don't understand why I was charged an extra day. I returned the trailer at 10 am. I was at the store at 9 am but no one was there to receive the trailer so I came back at 10. No mention was made that it was late.
