A/C not working ok in the am but when it got 95 it was miserable 2nd time I used U-Haul with same problem

MARIO MPrepare equipment before customer arrives. Make sure equipment is readily available as stated in the mobile application.
Jonathan UTruck interior was very dirty/muddy. Truck needed maintenance, loose steering and A/C blew cold air then hot air making it very uncomfortable in 100degree weather. Car tow had a flat and they couldn't get anyone to fix it, so I had to drive my car from Del Rio, TX to Florida. Very disappointed in U-Haul for this trip.

Javier GAfter explaining my situation to the representative that I was advised there would not be any fees or additional charges. I was charged a fee of $150 for dropping of at a different location . I was never advised of a fee and the rep said everything was ok. I would not have dropped off the trailer if I were advised. Misleading and poor service. They were not understanding nor willing to work with me. Unacceptable
