EDMOND BThe towing company is located on a busy highway with nowhere to park a vehicle much less a UHaul truck. There were no instructions prior to drop off about parking the truck across the five lane highway and then dropping off the key back across the highway. The woman working at the towing company told me that it was my responsibility to park the truck across the highway. I told her I wasn't comfortable with that and she kept insisting until I left. I did NOT move the truck. I left it directly in front of the towing company where I was supposed to leave it. I would have been happy to park the truck across the highway if I had been given those instructions prior to drop off. I do not recommend this drop off location.

mike GCustomers must cross a four-lane highway by foot to turn-in a rental. Small frontage again for this location. The address for this location needs to change. It says "(425 And 278)" under the normal address. Because of this, I dropped the trailer in the wrong location i.e., the CORNER of 425 and 278! There is a drop-off point there! Rod's Recovery is 4-5 miles south of 278 on 425S. I was working without a GPS.

joy gThis lot is in need of some grading. If we didn't have 4 wheel drive we would have gotten stuck. I realize there has been a lot of rain lately but gravel over the area would definitely help.
Kert MOnly issue we had was there was a lock in the dock door that had to be removed. Everything else was good.

MICHAEL DTire was flat. Had to be replaced. Delayed our departure time. No jack stand included so trailer could be unhooked if needed...like to repair flat tire. People there were nice but equipment was not safe

Brenda KAs I reserved an appliance dolly, and it was not provided and the person I spoke to on the phone, just blew me off, I will not be recommending uhaul or using your company again. Very not satisfied

James HApparently the person renting did not do my contract correctly! She asked if I would be returning there, I said No, we are moving my Mom. She asked where and I told her just outside of Fayetteville. We discussed that while she did the paperwork. After dropping off the trailer, another woman called to see why J hadn't brought the trailer back. I told her I dropped it off in Lincoln the day before. She told me it was suppose to have been returned there. I said No, I told you it was one way, that we were moving my mom. She proceeded to yell MAAM MAAM MAAM YOU DID NOT TALK TO ME, I WAS NOT HERE! She was so loud that ALL of my co-workers heard her!! Even though renting from them is no longer necessary since we no longer live there, I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!

Christina JWhere you park the trucks is next to the woods where there are a lot of potholes where you park the trucks. When I called to explain my situation about the wrong return of the truck the gentleman hung up on me. I got mixed up where the key should be returned I place key in a drop box next to Rods. And I told him why the mistake was made this place was next door and he demanded me to get the key and I was our of time he kept commanding and demanding me. Has the most rudest person I ever encountered. I rent monthly and to be treated like that was very hurting. And I feel since it wasn't my fault about the mix up on the drop off location I shouldn't pay 4 gas which it was half full at the place I was told to drop the truck off at.

John AI had originally reserved an early morning pick up in Lake Village, but was told to expect a call before 6 pm the evening before to confirm availability. Well, I did not receive a phone call, but the morning I was supposed to pick up the truck, I received an email changing the location AND the pick up time from that morning to afternoon. This threw off an entire day's worth of scheduling.
Patrick BCell service is weak and had issues with web based pick up. Luckily, the sweet lady running the place showed up to help and saved the day.
Jonathon GPick up the truck on time so I can get it on time. The tardiness threw off my schedule.
Jose BWe reserved a dolly online. There were none available. I understand it's hard to get one at that location, but it was not fun to find out day of when moving your whole house.
