I was charged extra mileage. Actual departure mileage was 31484. I was charged for 31475, a total of 9 extra miles x .69. Recommend contacting this franchisee to get a refund for me. MD

I feel as though I should have gotten more of my money back 97$ was taken when I rented the 39$ truck I was allotted 50 miles to which I didn't use 20..... when I rented previously I received my deposit as well as refund for not using all the mileage today I only received 19$

Do away with your pre-check in. This is the second time I‘be used it and both times I had to do it all over again. Plus your vendors are late for pick causing delays-which is what pre-check in is supposed to take care of.

The tow dolly needs to be oiled to actually make it swivel right. Rogers appliances was very professional. But received no paperwork when dropped off. U haul charged me a 2 day rate but I had my equipment less then a day. Not a good way to do business. If I need it for a day then charge me for the one day rental.
Price to high i got a flat and had to pay 300 for one tire thats my last time using them
The mobile pick up system was not user friendly either and was very time consuming.
I've used this particular U-Haul and I always come back. Very friendly and always leave with a pleasurable experience.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE RENTING A UHAUL AND MR. ROGERS WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS. HE WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING. HE ACTUALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE LAYOUT OF SUMTER SC AND THAT'S WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL BECAUSE WE'RE NEW HERE FROM ALABAMA. I'D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ROGER'S APPLIANCES.
I was charged $50 to clean the seats? That's a bit ridiculous when the sign says cleaning $25
I had to hook up and disconnect 6 x 12 trailer myself with no direction or assistance from staff. Had I been inexperienced or weaker, it may have posed an issue. Right tail/brake light was out. Invoice had to be amended 3 times, once with supervisory assistance, to reflect proper transaction. I was awakened from deep sleep an 1.5 hours before morning drop off time by phone call reminding me of the drop off time. Staff was courteous.

Vender did not have equipment in truck prior to online check-in, had to wait for an hour until vendor opened to get equipment, only to find out not all equipment was available. I made reservation DAYS in advance with no notice that I would not be receiving all equipment requested. Poor service all around
