Was not a location to leave a 20ft truck. Only had a drop box for key. This is storage unit complex. Office was closed.

Don’t allow a truck to be available when the air conditioning doesn’t work - I had to drive in the nights to try and stay cool for 1800 miles - horrible

No one was at the location when I dropped off the trailer. I called the main number and left a message. Called an emergency number and luckily someone answered, gave me a code to get in the gate to drop off the trailer. Was told it would be checked in that day. Two days later I received an email saying I would be charged more because the trailer was not turned in. Called the drop off location again with no answer from either number and no one ever called me back. Contacted a number on the email and had great service from the person and they said they would look into it. Very disappointed in the drop off experience.

The truck was not clean dog hair and dog food was all over the inside cab of the truck. Inside of the cargo area was dirt, rocks and dog feces.

The website was extremely slow, both to load pages and to upload photos. In many cases, it appeared that a page had finished loading or an upload was complete, but it hadn't.

I dropped the trailer after hours so I can't answer all the questions.

I accidentally dropped the truck off at the wrong U-Haul location in Rogersville. Actually, I didn't know there were two to start with, since I am a new transplant. I got a call following up on the truck, let them know where I had incorrectly dropped off the truck and the keys, but was not charged extra for my mistake. Thank you so very much! I've used U-Haul before for prior moves (and in fact had rented another truck for this same move just last month), and will do so again for the next move.

For the next customer, the issue I had was resolved. A defective tow dolly, locking pin failed and the ramp extended on the highway. The broken unit was switched with another U-haul location in WI. I received a newer tow dolly and the Rogersville location received it. In the future, the locking pins and moving parts can be inspected (for the 1 in 5000 times that it fails).

Truck was dirty on the inside, ash tray was full of cigarette ashes and butts. Trailer had a flat tire that fell off the bead when we pulled out of the location, Even though they tried to get someone right out it took almost an hour and a half. Was a bit irritated about it because of where we were at. Melissa was friendly and I would recommend this location to someone else.

The truck was clean inside the box, but the ramp was covered in powdered concrete which made it slick and tracked cement in my house.

as always another great experience with u haul...well as great of an experience that I could of had considering its always me moving when I need u haul.... however as crappy as moving is you don't need added stress...that's why I always, always use u haul.....they have it all covered...thank you for making the whole moving ordeal less stress and aggravation. you know ill be seeing you again when all this stuff don't fit and I need a storage shed and then another truck to move this stuff that don't fit to that storage shed. LOL !!!.. thank you...

"Melissa" showed up at this "on call" location at the designated time. In and out of here within 10 or 15 minutes. Excellent service.

FIND places open more hours at 10 am someone needs to be there on a thursday. not a drop box.

Well when I first called I asked for a 26' truck and ended up with a 20' truck. the gas gauge was below 1/4 of a tank and I put it back up to 1/4 of a tank. The woman I talked to when I called to schedule the truck told me as long as I had a credit card on file I would not have to pay a deposit she did not tell me that I needed to have money on the card. I had to drive 40 miles out of my way to get the truck I rented. and since the truck was not the one I asked for I had to make 2 trips which cost me miles. I am not happy with the overall service of Uhaul but the place I picked up was a good and helpful location as well as the one I dropped off at they were friendly and helpful.

Staff was very pleasant and gave suberb directions to find the store which was a little out of the way. Now I can say I have been to Rogersville.

After scheduling Springfield pick up to get re routed to Rogersville, the center made a point to help with the inconvenience. But when we went to pick up the truck & appl dolly, we get told we would have to go to Springfield to get the appl dolly. The lack of communication between stores, added miles & headaches to our already frustating move. Every store should have a few things on site to upsell customers as needed.

Springfield U-haul could not provide the truck that was reserved, so we agreed to take a larger truck, but refused to drive 40 miles and pick it up. I will do more shopping around before I use uhaul again
