The mobile pickup has issues when trying to pickup from the app. It would not tecognize my location. I thought I was out of luck but thought to try via the website and it was able to get my location. Total pain in the butt!

Laura Nwebsite malfunctioned upon checking out. I tried two browsers on my phone, and neither would complete the process. Called your office, and was given a call back time of 25 - 30 min. That was awfully long. So I kept trying the online check out. Finally, it started working properly. I have no idea why. But it was a frustrating experience.

GEORGE PBrandon always takes care of me! I don't even have to login he meets me at the gate every Tuesday and logs me in and tells me on Thursday to just drop the key off and he will do the paperwork. He is fantastic to work with! We are a nonprofit pharmacy delivery service that are using your truck every Tuesday through Thursday and he always make sure that it is reserved for me unless corporate rents the Truck and then tells him that I need to pick a truck up somewhere else and another site! Even when corporate did that he made sure that his van was available to me so I didn't have to go somewhere else.

GARY ROverall it was fine but I was anxious about trying to fill the tank exactly to 1/4 tank when I only drove 10 miles. I put in 2 gallons but it was just barely under the 1/4 tank so I'm worried I'll get charge for not having it perfect.
Zara GThe online rental service was difficult to navigate. It would have been helpful to know in advance that I would need to take pictures of myself and my license. I was delayed because it took nearly half an hour to verify my identity. The verification itself could have been done before I picked up the vehicle. This would have made the process smoother.

Even when I had to report an incident that happened with the truck they still came across as very professional, calm, understanding, and empathetic. If I need a truck again I will definitely be going with them.

John TThis Uhaul location had friendly, quick service, but I did not feel rushed. The proprietor was very kind and flexible with timing. When I go to rent a Uhaul again, I will choose this location in Talent. The customer service is excellent, the key drop-off was easy, and everything was well maintained and explained. I loved the ease of adding an additional driver, for free, and the confidence I had driving as I had never rented a Uhaul before. I was upgraded to a 15ft truck and it met our needs well. Fortement recommandé!

DUSTIN GI was charged for fuel when I should not have been. The paperwork said the truck had fuel in it. It did not; the tank was completely empty due to (they said) from fuel being siphoned off. So I went through the steps to document that the fuel level was on E. When I dropped the truck off, no one was present to accept it, so I went through the remote drop off steps. I documented the fuel level and I was still charged $49 for the fuel & "service fee." The email to the link "for questions about your bill" bounced. I've now been on hold for 28 minutes trying to get this figured out. I don't need the hassle on top of the stress of moving. I will never rent from UHaul again.
