kevin aWish this location had locks for the container doors and hitches, was really concerned about losing my trailer the next morning because of the high crime in Killeen, BUT the staff was very nice and gave recommendations to help my needs. I had an overall great experience.

Rosny WI had a great experience at Roland Rentals. I used the express check in and it was perfect. I arrived early, signed my contract, looked over the truck, and then he helped me load and secure my vehicle on the trailer. Our trip was over 1500 miles and we had no issues. The air was ice cold the entire trip. We did not have any issues at all with the equipment. We sat in traffic for hours going through different states and still managed to not have to spend too much more than we budgeted for gas. The overall experience was quick and the equipment was reliable. I would recommend this location for your moving needs.

JEFFERY SMy trailer was the wrong size due to bad information on the uhaul website it did not fit my car. Went to swap it out for a larger one to tow my vehicle and also was too small. Have the correct vehicle information updated in your system. Vehicle was a 2014 Ford Explorer and a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. Will not use uhaul again.
Dylan HI'm not sure if there is anything to improve, Roland rentals was very friendly, answered all my questions. They ensure the car dolly was install correctly to the truck. Overall a great experience.
Ivan SPretty easy. My husband and I did it all on our own. Picked it up and dropped it off without the help of an associate. We only needed it for a quick 3 hours. So the price could have been a little better. Overall, everything went well.

Shane SI recently did the self checkout, and was told by Uhaul in store representative that i wasn't getting the truck that was schedule it was new. They gave me a truck that didn't drive good and the heat didn't work..Will never use that location again.
Tosha MI was told that due to the fact that the vehicle had nearly no gasoline (less then 20 miles to empty) that any fuel over 1/4 tank that I returned would be credited to me. That was not the case. I turned the vehicle in with 5/8th a tank and received nothing.

JW HI was charged double for mats and dolly. Called and was told that the location would call me and refund me. The location never called. In confused because both uhaul and the location charged me and neither refunded me. Would never use uhaul again unless situation is rectified.
Wesley UNice people and nice business. Handy and easy to get to. KInda small but its for U-Haul trailers and trucks.
