Jonathan GoedeThey were absolutely wonderful to work with! They let us borrow one of their personal hitch pins for my ball hitch since i forgot mine. Seriously saved our day. 10/10 would recommend them
Jessica KestyusI returned my rented truck on the same day that I used it, to the same location to make things easier for the folks at the location on a Friday. They charged me for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I informed U-Haul of the situation and never received a refund for the overcharge. I do not recommend anyone to use this service at this location.
Logan LagudI wanted to use the app to pick up my truck but most of the trucks here are blocked in. An associate from the office had to move trucks out of the way so I could get mine. After hours would have been a big failure!! The person in the office that helped me was super nice though!
Randolph BacusThey claimed it was not returned. I called my pick up location four times to argue and prove it was returned early, barely used, more gas then when got it, and parked at the return store. Finally Ron's said yeah it was there.

Donald HunleyTrying to check truck out. App kept timing out. Check out with no keys no truck inspections. Didn't offer safe move. Called customer service. They got me my keys but couldn't help with nothing else. Had movers ready to go st 10:30 am got there to pick up truck it was 11:30 am before I could leave with truck. Movers costing me $85 a hour time 3 movers costing me over $270 a hour. I'm very disappointed and upset with check out app. Cost me lots of extra money. Don't time out app so fast. Don't close app until inspections is done verify driver has keys to truck

YLANTRA AlstonLocation not manned, no one there to help with the pickup. Had to guess which one was ours. Had to call a general number to get guidance. Felt like I was stealing the trailer. Also, the pickup location was changed at the last minute from 2 miles to 18 miles away. Not happy.

Thomas HilesOffer contact info for specific branch. We had to drive to another location to get in contact with someone. No code was given for lock box. No keys were in lock box once we got the code.
Timothy ThompsonNo issue with the pickup location but the process from reservation to drop-off on the part of u-haul was disappointing. I scheduled a hitch install for 10/8 so that I could reserve trailer to pickup that day or the next. Somewhere between my scheduling the install and that Friday it was changed to Monday with no communication. I went and purchased hitch and lighting kit and installed myself. I utilized the online checkin option when picking up this trailer but apparently that did not submit correctly as I received multiple calls on Monday asking if I was keeping my pickup and install appointmen, I had already drove to New Mexico and unloaded and returned the trailer at that point. So while there was no issue with the pickup location or the drop location, the overall business process and practices displayed by uhaul was supremely lacking.

Kevin CrossThis is the worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. We use your services over two weeks ago and you called us this week saying the truck hadn't been returned and we went from a $70 charge from it being finalized to over $100 you guys are awful I will never use U-Haul again. That's all you can see is the final charge no one can help me fix it this is the worst experience I've ever had with the moving company next time we will go elsewhere.
Clayton WaughAn excellent location with very friendly people. More clearly marked signs of where to pick up / drop off keys would be helpful. Uhauls online pick up was not easy to use. This online pick up was complicated and did not make the process very customer friendly.

ANTHONY NOLTINGI was not happy about the time, I reserved this long enough in advance but still wasn't sble to pickup till 2 hours later than I wanted so which put us 3 hours behind. Then on top of that I was charged twice as much because they said I had a truck rented which I didn't they credit my account, then because the trailer I originally rented wasn't available I was told I'd get a bit bigger one, the lady from 800 # said I would be charged the same price of $14.95, I wasn't, I was charged for the next size up, I paid 18.95. It all worked out, but the process was a bit messed up, wasn't able to return it till after dark because of the lateness of pickup. But over all we were good thank you

John MaciasWhen I got there they had me do everything online, which is good. Once I finalized the process and everything went through, they had someone go out and verify they had the correct trailer, which they did not. Waited there for over 30 minutes so that they could sort everything out and still did not reflect the correct trailer in my contract, I asked that there was an advertisement on the website that I would get $50 dollars if they did not have the correct trailer, they just told me that they had the correct one but it was messed up on the website 10 minutes later I was on my way, the whole process took more than what I expected.
JULIO ENRIQUEZBetter communication. Website showed the auto transport, got there, they said they did not have one. Then they found it as I was leaving. Still they were super kind, and helpful and I would go back because of that. Good customer service.

Isaac KunzDanielle at Ron's was very helpful as were the other ladies in the office. We had some difficulty checking in online but Danielle helped us and got us on the road. She was even very accommodating for us to drop off on Sunday rather than waiting until Monday morning.
Eric FrostestadAgent at the rental location was more than helpful; checked various options to see which would work best for my needs, even offered to have me pick up a truck at a different location to save me money! I would definitely use "Ron's Rentals" again!!
