U are an excellent uhaul place would not go no where else the other uhaul places have rude people and there customer service is rotten would only send people to u. Thank u for all u did for me .

Nothing! Steve was very helpful and kind, he gave us all the time we needed to get the right equipment!, very Pleasant!. He was awesome at guiding us and getting all that we need to have a safe trip home with all the right equipment!! Thank you Steve!
Yvette MNothing at all wrong with this location the owner was very friendly and helpful my problem is with u haul itself charged me $620 to rent the dolly I told them I only needed it for a 2 day rental I had to rent for 4 days which is ridiculous as I returned it the very next day at the end of my destination I feel that u haul takes advantage of the situations I mean I could have bought a dolly for $1100 I will probably never do business with u haul ever again bc of this higher rental I own my own business and I rent a lot from them of course not always in my name most of the time it has been in my employees names as they are the ones usually driving the rental equipment

Kurt HI've used your services for the past 20+ years, this truck is fairly new although a base model, I drove alittle over 1000 miles on this trip, I was very disappointed when I started my trip when I noticed this truck did NOT have cruise control, with that being said, this trip was very uncomfortable especially having to hold the gas pedal for 1000 miles, also I believe there are more fuel efficient trucks that should be available in the size truck I rented IE, a diesel model, this review is not directed to the pick up or drop off location, thank you
Benito MA bit slow service, since there are other kinds of customers in the same location. The driveway area is also filled with pot holes. It made getting out a bit tough, especially in the snow.
Christian BIt's a small rural location that just happened to have the trailer I wanted. They did not appear to have much inventory of rentals though. Good, clean and convenient pick up spot.
Larry KMy pickup was good and my drop off was good. The equipment worked well and the person running the business knew what they were doing.
Paul FI had great customer service here too, but again, there were computer problems. I do not think the computer issues were related to either location, but rather a U-Haul problem.

Christopher LNo gas station in sight between my new residence and the drop off location, fine, I knew there would be a fee for fuel. However, then I was unable to do a mobile check-in to return the uhaul as my phone could not get any service to upload the photo and process the return. I attempted many times for more than 20 minutes before trying to call (40 to 50 minute estimated wait time to reach a uhaul representative) so I was forced to pay another fee on top of the outrageous $30 fee for fuel, I had to pay $20 fee to have my uhaul return completed for me. Very disappointed. I would not recommend this location for return after hours.

james vFirst of all I want to say thank you to the amazing couple(Steve and Karen) who run this place. Your facility was warm and inviting extremely clean and spacious. It is so hard to find customer service like you both provided. We were greeted outside welcomed in to a beautiful office setting. Both of you were ready and willing to help us with the rental. Steve went above and beyond by helping us hook up the tow dolly even had some WD40 extra thanks again. The service was fast and when we returned the dolly Steve greeted us as we pulled in and in the rain unhook the dolly for us. You both are awesome people and a lot of businesses could learn some customers service skills from you both! We appreciated you helping us turn a stressful day into a smooth day. I will definitely return for future services and tell all my friends and family about your business.
