The service at this drop off location is excellent! Isaiah is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the nicest people I have met in along time. High marks across the board.

When a reservation made weeks in advance at the least the equipment that was reserved should be at that exact location specified on the reservation.

CHINA C.The pickup location was changed the morning we were to get the 26' truck....we were to obtain the vehicle at 10:30AM. Apparently the reserved vehicle was given away before we arrived (reportedly to a friend or relative). The delay impacted our ability to accommodate our moving packers timing to get our household effects loaded. We routinely look to U-Haul for moving needs, we may need to look elsewhere if this is the normal operation. I can say when we contacted U-Haul Customer Service the representative was very understanding
