Location was perfect for the size truck we needed. Quick and simple process that took minutes. Returning the truck was just as easy as leaving the Location with no hassle of hitting cars or other objects. Thank for your time and service.

Justin GravattJust like the previous review, this location's landscaping is not one of the key performance indicators. The trailer lot is adjacent to residential. Okay! You have pick-up and drop-off from two almost whole sides. (Perfect for others with trailering...issues. Especially backing.) But the 2nd best part? Almost immediate access to the Interstate (I-95), like, a few blocks, pass the school, cross the tracks, and turn right, BOOM you're there! No kidding. Oh, the best part? Mr Claude. Great guy, my first choice. Does it all to get you going, right & proper, and conducts the whole business with a hand-held. Cool. Neat fella!

Lew AllemanThis location was a condemned looking house. I had no idea where I was going and when I called, a man came out of an RV camper to give me the truck. When I stated "I wasn't sure where I was going" he pointed to a 3x4 rusted sign on the ground next to the tire that said uhaul and he said I should've looked for the sign

THOMAS DOWDENU-Haul rep on phone offered to help I'd a drop off. I indicated the location on Merrill Rd was closest to me (in case I had to walk). The location/address they sent me was 18 miles away and I was charged the miles overage.

leah maholmesYour software said this location was the closest and was 11 miles from where i made my reservation. there was a location on Philips Hwy, which is where i was at the time. The location was in a bad area of town at a residential residence. The UHaul renter was good to work with and a nice guy, but the location was terrible. I thought my gps had to be wrong as i got closer to the location.

CHINA CARNELLAThe pickup location was changed the morning we were to get the 26' truck....we were to obtain the vehicle at 10:30AM. Apparently the reserved vehicle was given away before we arrived (reportedly to a friend or relative). The delay impacted our ability to accommodate our moving packers timing to get our household effects loaded. We routinely look to U-Haul for moving needs, we may need to look elsewhere if this is the normal operation. I can say when we contacted U-Haul Customer Service the representative was very understanding
