It's was a smooth experience
Gary PIt was so easy to return the truck. We rented a one way. And the location of the drop off was close to our move which made it nice that we didn't have to drive 2hrs back to drop the truck off. Service was excellent

Huy HThe truck was "ready for pickup" except for the fact that all the snow/ice was on the roof and between the windshield wipers. Becomes a hazard when you go on the highway. This should have been taken care of for the amount of money I paid to have the car for 3 hours.

Christopher KAlthough I give this location high marks - MIke Dorrer is great to work with, I had to travel an additional 20 miles to use it because my reservation was not honored in my hometown. The Uhaul central ladies worked some magic to find another truck for me, but I'm still out the extra cost of travel in addition to the time wasted getting to the other location and the return.

Thomas ZThe site and operator that actually had the truck was great. Unfortunately, you sent me a text saying the site I originally chose had changed but when I logged in that morning to finalize the registration, you still listed my reservation as being at the original site so that is where I went to pick it up. On the printout it did show the new location but why would you show the wrong location associated with the reservation when logging in to your system after you already changed it? This made me think you had changed it back again. Obvious, renters need to check every detail on a UHaul reservation as they cannot be trusted (you also changed the truck size I was getting). Put the pickup location in HUGE letters on the printout with a note WE CHANGED WHERE YOU ARE GOING beside it. You don't need to hide this in small print.

FRANCESCO LThe establishment was beyond friendly and helpful. The owner was super helpful. Without the guidance from him we would have been confused with how the ride share worked. My advice to your service would be to advise people to pick up their truck 30 min prior to help schedule the time for the check in. Other than that, I am so satisfied! The truck was perfect, the check in and check out process is really beneficial for the renter because of the process of taking pictures, the security of knowing you are renting from a company that truly cares and the efficiency of the maintenance is immaculate. I thank you truly.
christina hIt was 15 degrees out and service person charged us because blankets were not folded . We just finished a 16 hour trip . Definitely not using this location again.
George HOut of all the places I've rented with U-Haul Dorrers is the only place I'll use anymore. It's super easy, always there when promised (which other locations have not done) and the owner of the shop is really nice and easy to deal with!

SHU LI was appalled by how snippy the representative was when we first encountered. I said " Good morning ", and he didn't reply. He acted as though I was bothersome. Other than that , the truck was clean, and it was there for the pick up. I would do business with U haul again, but I would rather pick up from another location. I don't care to do any business in Wall Twp!
miriam hThey truck had no gas and 20mins after arriving to load my items and getting ready to start my move the truck wouldn’t start had to have the truck towed back to uhaul so i was unable to move my items.
Danielle aMade a reservation and the keys weren't left in the lock box to actually pick the vehicle up. Put me behind a whole day with my job at hand.
