Jennifer TI wasn't able to change the drop off establishment on the ap. Didn't matter really but would have been nice to be able to.

I have used this location before and came back for this rental specifically because he's so great even though it's a little farther away than other locations to where I have moved. I love the wide range of hours and how personable to team is. Moving can be hectic and intimidating, and Don takes one major stress away by making rental easy!

Paul BPeople there were very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not realize we were given a smaller truck than was ordered until it was too late. we ordered a 15 ft truck and was given a smaller unit. We had to load up and go with what we had been given. Not ideal, but we made it work. The driver side mirrors would not stay in place.

john sDon't promise such cheap prices. Tell customers up front about the gas policy and the timing policy so they don't get screwed over in the middle of an already stressful time.
