Same comments as I made re pickup location plus, it was a little difficult finding the location, GPS could have helped in that and navigating around the New York city traffic jams. I did first find a U-Haul drop off point 2 miles down the road but was informed that they didn't handle 17' trucks and I'd be charged an added drop off fee which they couldn't determine until after processing my return. I added this information in the hopes that this kind of customer frustration will encourage you to add GPS to your fleet, at least as an option for those customers that see some value in it.
I initially booked for one location ten minutes from my home and then less than 24 hours before I was to pick it up I got TWO texts saying to pick it up in TWO different locations. I had to call to figure out which location. It was one a half hour away. When I went to pick up the Uhaul It took over a half hour for the paperwork and then the light connecting plug was broken. They were able to fix it but I had to wait another ten minutes for this. I asked for my drop off place and then got a call within a half hour telling me a different location. Once again, I had to call to figure out where to go.
