Well to start off I was overcharged. I was told that I would get a discount and I did not. And I even refilled the U-Haul tank up to where where I first received it and I got no reimbursement on it. And yes I got charged with a bank statement that I can prove. The reception is man. Was very rude I think. On assisting customers complained that it was closing time but the wall stated a clearly different time and he said he hadn't eaten all day so he hoped that there was no more customers and when I said there's someone in the yard he grown and went to the window and then came back to assist what he was in the middle of my papers with. Wasn't acting like he was going to even loan me the U-Haul rental for the price because what I was hauling he said I should have done something else with it which I'm not stating on here what that item is but it's none of anyone's business what I transport and this was nothing illegal but I'm just saying I would never recommend this place ever to anyone. Very rude customer service.

mark cUnfortunately every time we turned the truck off we had to jump start it to get it started again. We had to jump it twice before we called for roadside assistance. We lost approximately 2 hours of our rental time trying to jump it that time and waiting on the technician to come change the battery. When the technician arrived he had a jump pack that he used instead of replacing the battery. We continued with our day and still had to jump the truck when it was turned off. We eventually just decided to keep it running while we loaded/unloaded our stuff. I had asked them if they were able to get us a different truck out here so we could finish, but we were told no. Thankfully the last lady we talked to extended our hours of use for us by almost half a day.

john gI hope this does not effect the location, however our experience with the mobile check in or mobile app was basally horrible and we will not be using U-Haul again that is something this location can not help, However the extra dolly's inside the truck were useless and took up space, the truck was not as clean as we expected and the amount of blankets inside wadded up was annoying. we were expecting better and if needed for another truck in future we will be looking at another company besides U-Haul due to the combined experience with the app, customer service, and equipment.

Steve PMy problem with UHAUL is that the trailers don't have the manual jacks on them to help with hoping up the trailers. And most of the rental trailers are out of date and they have weak floors in them. The one I just rented had a roll up door and bad lighting on it you could not see the rear marker lamps . You need to start replacing the old trailers and start making them better for pulling to help with the fuel mileage on the pulling units . This trailer dropped the mileage from 20 to 12 miles per gallon .

harry mI moved out of unit a few days before the end of October. Please correct your records. I did leave the unit clean swept and the door open. The owner was friendly, professional, and helpful. He was the type of person I like to do business with, I would not hesitate to be one of his customers again. My unit was easily accessible.

royal mWe used the 24/7 online to get the truck before store open. But when we opened the key box with the code provided, it was empty had to wait over 1 1/2 hrs to get the key
WAYNE BMoved out in August of the year 2021,and they've been debiting my bank card since September 1st,2021 till August 2022. Jeff the owner keeps telling me he'll take care of it but keeps dismissing me! I've turned it over to the bank and the BBB. If you go there make sure you're removed from their computer!!

LaToya WFirst, I was given the wrong pick up location. The 1st location had to contact some people to find out where we really picked up. Upon arrival to the actual pick up destination, they gave us the wrong truck. It was the correct size but the number was off, causing problems for us when we dropped back off.
Robert BWhen I arrived at the location to drop off the U-haul, which was during business hours, the door was locked and the sign said "OPEN." No one was there. So I waited and waited, and kept waiting, and finally I saw someone moving around inside the building. So I knocked on the door and a young man let me in. Then I talked to a lady who said she didn't do U-haul rentals... that the person who did was not there. So I just left the truck and the lady said someone would contact me if there was a problem. I never heard from anyone, so I guess everything was OK. It would just be nice if U-haul representatives would be available at their facilities during regular business hours.
roger jReceived a voice message from vendor to be sure to pick up on time at 11am on schedule. Upon arrival 8/06 at 11 am. vendor had locked the office and left for a banking errand. two customers waited almost an hour for his return. The vehicle I was picking up was not swept out by the last renter, and there was no windshield washer fluid in the truck's reservoir. I had to wait another 45 minutes for this to be completed before I could leave with the rental truck.

Henry FCharged me $15,4 for two gallons of gas. I was told to bring the truck back between 1/2 and 3/4 of a tank. I returned the truck with that amount and still got charged for fuel. Not a way to run a business and keep customers.

Mary CA little dirt was inside by corners but nothing a broom can't fix.I cleaned it before putting stuff inside it took 1 min out the day not a big deal.
Francisco MThe sign and website said this location was open however the door was locked upon arrival. Someone finally opened the door, sticking their head out, and asked, "Can I help you?" It was obvious that he was not wanting us to come in, almost as if he was hiding something. Just seems a little shady and unprofessional. It was also very muddy where he had the trailer, then tracking mud into my vehicle.

This is how customer service is supposed to be: offer to help after a stressful move. Only GREEDY CAPITALISTS nit pick and find ways of charging for every little thing. Route 37 U-Haul deserves recognition for outstanding customer service and welcoming hospitality!!!
