Miriam Damian TorresHire personal that doesn't say, "that's not my Job!" I've Never seen such disrespectful and disregarding employee Services. The man had the entire place and himself reeking of Marijuana. The man would not disconnect the trailer or walk outside to take pictures. I'm disgusted with the Services I rent the same equipment everytime I go to a Uhaul and for the same 24 hours rental he's charged me for 2 days knowing very well I had the trailer for less than24 hours but he did it after I left, when I asked for a Receipt he told me again Not his Job. No help with hitch not my Job. Seems to me he should just go home. I don't know why he's there?

william gholstonThe truck was very clean. However, there was something wrong with the steering, either bad tie rod ends or ball joints. The check engine light came on during the trip but I think it was due to me improperly installing the gas cap after fueling up.

patrick BEENThe u haul truck that I booked online was not on the lot when going to pick up and when paying I was up charged for a bigger truck that I did not ask for. I also was charged an extra 75 dollars with no recipes or reasoning.

Kenneth CroyleI went in after a challenging Coastal trip in the rain of many hours and Morgan greeted me. She was very helpful and had concerns when I showed her the video of the gear shift being loose, the steering wheel had a little play, as well as the rubbing sound .. all worse with a full load. I told her I wasn't sure if they are made that way but I have never had that happen. I have drove fire trucks and many uhauls before. She made proper phone calls in front of me and said she would get it checked out. I appreciate her attentiveness.
Michelle RizzattiThe attendant who checked me out at the rental location had no experience with UHAUL. Had to call the shop Owner, I assume, and had me complete the check out with the owner on the phone while he helped other customers at the smoke shop. Took around 45 minutes and the vehicle was less than desirable for a long road trip. The drivers side door doesn't seal and the windshield wiper blade fell off in Missouri when the wipers were turned on. I replaced the wiper to continue the trip. The brakes were extremely spongy as well as the steering and the hood latch let go in West Virginia and almost came open while driving. Made for a stressful trip. But, it did get me here.

John Tateupdate your system process and equipment. I made a reservation which then I was called to pick up at another location. I didn't mind. But I was already at my primary location. Your system didn't have the info I had submitted when I made reservation and your employee complained of how slow your system was. I made it to the other location…and again..they didn't or couldn't find my info and the system was slow. I had to give him all of my personal info again?!? It literally took over an hour…if I had to compare you to another company who's broken…it would be McDonald's….slow and inefficient.

KENNETHJAMES PIOTROWSKIIt was absolutely impossible to access with even my minor disability. The entry was dangerous, when my husband stepped on it, the boards looked like they were going to fall through. This location is dangerous and needs to be inspected immediately.
Kelly StrotherI ordered pads and there were none upon pickup. Lack of operationally efficiency from Uhaul was very shocking. There wasn't a single step in this process from pickup to drop off that went according to plan, Uhaul was constantly changing things without good communication.

Also there were 5 other Uhauls within 10 minutes from my home but I got sent to Winsor and they didnt even have all the equipment i needed and i had to drive bach 40 more minutes to get a Dolly. Not happy with the service i received this time from Uhaul

markis wilsonMy truck was not ready even though it was reserved for 8 am Sunday. I didnt receive a truck until 12 p.m.. Seats were dirty. Also, wifi at that location is not good when you have to use your device to checkin and out.

Keith WilsonWhy don't I get to review U-Haul? Location did ok. U-Haul stunk. I recommend everyone stay away! On line wasn't great, no customer service. Rude. Literally U-Haul could care less that their errors inconvenienced the customer and cost them more money! I will never use U-Haul again.
Michael BillHave trained people assisting customers. Be sure to explain to customers use of the vehicle, costs, etc. do there is no misunderstanding about the contract which most people do not have time to read when in the stress of moving.

melissa cassellWe had a 2:30 pick up and the uhaul wasn't on location yet at 2:40. They also didn't have the utility dolly we had reserved. The employee called and the renter was only about 10 minutes away. Seems they were told to return by 3:30. The truck would need to be checked in so it put us a little behind. The employee was friendly and cooperative. It's a vape shop so expect employee and customers to be vaping. Two pool tables fill the shop and lots of vaping equipment and cigarettes available for purchase. There was a sweet dog walking around inside. My frustration was that the 9 foot van or 10 foot trucks weren't available anywhere in the Newport News area so we had to head way out to Windsor, VA to rent a 15 foot truck. That is a big truck on skinny country roads. Also added to our miles and put us over the allotted amount.

joanne eleyReserved car dolly was not available. I drove 60 miles round trip, out of my way to get one from another location. Reserved hand truck / furniture dolly was not available. 12 furniture blankets were not inside of the truck when I arrived at my move location so I had to return to the store (460 Vapor) to get them; another 20 mile round trip for me. When I got to the pick-up location "store" for my blankets they gave me a random stack, which turned out to be 9 total, not the 12 I reserved. The drop off location tried to charge me for the 3 "missing" blankets. I called 460 Vapor, the pick-up location to see if they could correct the account receipt for the blankets but the girl working the computer could not figure out how to do that. I called customer service whom in turn told me that I would be charged for the blankets but reimbursed a day later. 460 Vapor is a "head shop" that sells products that are not legally intended for use with marijuana. They also sell CBD oils and other assorted "smoking" items. I'm sure the staff are good people but perhaps they should lay off the pot while making U-Haul reservations and fulfilling U-Haul requirements for customers. Additionally my 20 foot truck smelled like the bathroom floor of a college frat party and after close examination of the receipt; revealed a hand written note about a hole in the top of the truck with a disclaimer "we cannot guarantee your items will not get wet". Overall horrible experience! F-

anthony bookerI am in South Carolina. I called reservations for my son in Virginia. They transferred me too this location. Jennifer was very nice over the phone. She went well beyond They Call of Duty to make sure that my accommodations work good for my son. She was unsure weather the 10 foot or the 15-foot had a pull out ramp. So she went out on the lot to check for me while on the phone. We decided to go with the 15-foot, because it had a pull out ramp for my son. She was very thorough and giving me the best rate available for this truck. I would rate her as an excellent representative. Thanks to both of you.
