i wish i remembered the gentlemans name that assisted me. He was GREAT, i was stranded with my kids, needed help with my vehicle and he was more than glad to help with what he was allowed to.

The checkout was so smooth. The Owner, John was extremely professional and was able to answer every question I had. I would rent from him over and over again. The truck and trailer ran perfect with no problems. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area who needs a truck and trailer. Thanks for making the rental experience great.

Terrible at notifying a customer after a rental is done on what he or she has to do on reporting mileage. The paper shows the correct mileage as the Uhaul when returning the return receipt shows more miles than I started with. When called and asked rep told us we have to go online prior to the rental and input the correct starting miles. Even the alignment on the truck was way off. I called 800 Uhaul customer service and the rep was even worse. Rather than apologizing she starts arguing.

The truck was not clean, had melted chocolate inside which I removed with a mop. Equipment is not stocked enough. Weather issues delayed the return of the truck by a couple hours and had to pay for a full day while another customer was expecting the equipment so the truck was paid for the day by two customers. Tried to use insurance to pull the truck out and was told it would be $400 despite having insurance then was told insurance is only in case of a truck problem because of the company not the customers.

Moving blankets were not available in the quantity reserved and were in poor condition. They smelled so bad from sitting in the rental office that the blankets contaminated my personal property. Also, I am fully capable and willing to hook up a trailer, but the representative chose to do it, which resulted in damage to my personal vehicle.
