the online process between whether picking up by representative or by key box was not clear. This is a Uhaul online issue I feel, no fault to this location. Poor communication and instruction leading to pick up, again no fault of this location to my knowledge.Matthew E.

I have completed every required that it needs be filled out to rent the trailer; however the personnel who was handling the transaction goes through it all over again. I did not see the sense of online checkout when I have to repeat the whole process again at the office. I have been renting equipment from u hall for sometime now. Confirming my driver license with my input should have been the only thing that it needs to done.Dawit A.

Office was dirty. Worker was not wearing a mask and safety measures were not in place. Very little information about anything was offered - extra options like pads and straps, how to return the vehicle, etc., was offered. Truck was very very dirty - food, spills and trash throughout the driver area. Gas cap was broken - came off without unscrewing it. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it unscrewed and then back in place.Lennon S.

This location was not "clean and inviting" as you asked of the drop off location. The one person at this location was the person that was supposed to be at the Columbia location where I was originally to pick up the truck. Due to this error our moving was delayed by 2 hours.Jacqui C.

Charge a different price than what was quoted on the reservation. Was charged an extra day because I picked up at 12:05 instead of 1 PM. Cargo trailer was not in good shape and leaked causing contents to get wet. Return the trailer at 10 AM on the day it was due back at 1 PM and there was no one there.Steven B.
I ordered my pickup at East Petersburg location and was redirected here. This is the second time U-haul has done this. If I am to be charged mileage, then U-haul should not redirect my pickup to a different location. I will never rent from U-haul again. Service was awful.James M.

I ordered a pickup truck. They did not have either a pickup or a 10 fott truck. The truck was not swept out and there was just chaos...I did not get charged on the appliance cart as a way to assist which i appreciated. I struggled to get the appliance cart onto the truck only to find out i was told the wrong truck. Just not a smooth experience...I didn't like at all driving that big of a truck.Lisa A.

Great customer service, BUT,,,,,, I got a call today from Uhaul 216 number and said the trailer wasn't returned. The Lancaster location set up the return for Middlefield Ohio instead of Orwell Ohio. I specifically said Orwell Ohio for return several time and clarified the spelling to the guy. So how did it get put in the system for Middlefield. I don't even know where that is !!! Attention to detail is crucial.....scott H.

I rented a dolly, but there was no dolly in the truck. The truck that was rented to me had a soda bottle stuck under the windshield wiper. Also, the wind shield wipers it self was not functioning, that does not pass state inspections. I've rented U-Haul a my entire life, but after this experience I may switch next time.Cory E.

I put. Reservation in for Willow Street I got up there they didn't have any so they sent me down to Columbia very rude people down in Willow Street . I had to drive extra miles to pick this uhaul up. Then any other uhaul places always walked around the trailer with me pointing out all the marks. Well this guy didn't do that he didn't seem to want to do anything. He goes we check it out when it comes back. I will never deal with uhaul againMarci B.
