The outside was clean, and the drop box was easy to find, not able to say about the staff as no one is there on Sunday. Thank you once again

CHRISTINAMARIE MThe guys owns 3 businesses conjoined and he maintains them all well. Uhaul, storage location, and a roofing business. Never, at any time, was the quality of customer service low or questionable. He was also extremely helpful with some information for me about contracting information because I'm currently testing to become a class C Contractor.

Russell BI was on hold for over 1 hour, the location for my pick up was changed to over 40 miles away.Customer service was horrible.
Tammie RI reserved the equipment 8 days before I needed it, I was texted the day before pickup that I needed to travel 25 miles each way to another location to pick the equipment up. I had to change my entire schedule to make it work, if I wasn't able to change my schedule on such short notice I would have had no time to make other plans. I don't think I will be using uhaul anymore.
MARKLEE KThis was our alternate drop off location as the first one had no one there and didn't return phone calls. The gentleman at the Rowley Mini Storage facility was very helpful but found that the trailer we had rented on Weds. in New York was reported returned to a UHaul facility in Rhode Island the next day. Someone entered the wrong trailer ID information there. He worked it out so we could leave the trailer with him on Friday.

Jeff CThe location in Waverly is well managed and the dealer was outstanding to work with, very accommodating! I won't comment on the grounds because it was rainy. I would definitely recommend working with this U-Haul operator.
