Valmeeky SThe truck was not in good shape, when you take turn it sound horrible. Indicators not work auto close seems like the equipment was very old. That should be changed for public service . The owner or staff was good and friendly. The only issue was with truck.
Ravi PCounter staff were very friendly and helpful. He made the process painless, especially after I was not able to use your online apps to do a contactless pickup. Your app has PROBLEMS!!! It could geolocate me, although all permissions had been granted and several other geolocation apps were working fine at that location. It was a good thing that I was not picking up outside of that location's business hours or that would have caused me a lot of aggravation. That is the only reason I took 1 star off of the rating.
Colin AJust wanted to give some honest feedback in regards to the U-Haul we had received . It kept shutting of everytime we had to wait at a red light The windshield wipers were not working and need to be changed Overall needed maintenance. The customer service was excellent at this location, and very accommodating.

Michael LStaff are very friendly and explained everything. Just their office is not well maintained, it's very dusty but maybe because of the other job they are doing can't help it. 路♀️ Other than that it's great and will go back and recommend to other people.

AMIR MDidn't really see the location, but I will say the pick up and drop off using the App was not very friendly, I had to call it in both times. Other than that, it was okay.
Amanda KYou reserve and answer questions online but then in person you have to answer them again, even though they don’t ask them in person and then after your time is up they claim they did ask you those questions.
WALTER LGet Canadian trucks that don't show everything in miles - that makes it harder to track speed and distance charges. On the plus side, showing the estimated fuel required to get back up to half tank is really nice!

HEM RCabin was full of dust and mats were dirty. The "mom's" attic was full of water (ceiling must have been punctured) and damaged 4 of my carton boxes and part of their content, as it rained the whole day.

Just a personal note for my rental yesterday - one of the wheels on the dolly was punctured. We didn't notice until we started loading our boxes so we couldn't report it until after.
