This was to be in office pick up, the office hours was supposedly to open at 9 am never open, for pick up & drop of ! Tried to return online but was having trouble completing when it required picture of dashboard, tired to take photos 10 times!
walter aOpened the back and there was a hat and hanger, other than that it was clean. My original reservation I set up, I showed up and they said no one is here to give you keys but I know a guy. Then I was charged triple for what I had originally agreed to on my original reservation. The guy was nice but how did I know I wasn't gonna get kidnapped or robbed. The area is pretty dirty and not in the safest area. Idk I felt unsafe and taken advantage off. Still trying to get some of my money back.

Carline BI rented the cargo van and it had a list of problems 1. The gas was almost on E. 2. The tire pressure was low and has the tire signal on the dash. 3. There were tables and chairs in the back of the cargo van. Instead of getting to my location to grab my stuff and pick up in one swoop i stopped to get gas 40 and air 2,5 the light was still on and since i was doing 20+ miles i wanted to be sure it was ok so i took it to a tire shop another 4 (1 each tire) at this point i wish i did turo cargo van i definitely would have had less hassle and came out cheaper. By all the crap that was not mine being in the back i had to double back. The only reason i didnt give it zero or 1 star is because its in a neighborhood thats easy to pick up and drop off and 2 its in a neighborhood where most businesses like uhaul dont wanna operate. Other than that i recommend u fully open up the back and check it out normally i do but i didnt and i wasnt about to unload and reload that stuff. As a black owner please do better im sure if u were patronizing a Susan, sarah, or sally it wouldnt be like this.
Alexandria MMake sure the uhaul truck is in good conditions. I had to move in the middle of a small storm and the wiper on the driver side wasn't even there.

Kieshia CI will recommend that you actually get an employee that will actually come to the store and open it and have you sit down and conduct business properly. Because the establishment is in the lower income area does it mean it doesn't deserve the same respect as a neighborhood of higher income. The overall professionalism at this establishment was none and void.

Thoits HWe had a terrible experience with uhaul over all. Not only did they change the pick up location to a place over an hour away (when I said multiple times we can only pick up at this location, and if they didn't have a truck available we would use another company), but they promised us and confirmed multiple times that the car trailer we rent would fit our F150...and it DID NOT! The WHOLE REASON we got the truck was because out truck broke down almost 3 hours from home and we needed something to haul our pick up truck. And because it didn't fit, we had to leave out truck in Chicago and drive an EMPTY uhaul truck AND car trailer back to Green Bay! Plus I had called at least 6 times to talk to someone and have them confirm everything with me since I did not have internet support and could not verify that they were telling me the truth with locations! Plus I was told the truck, trailer, insurance and milage would be around $320, but in fact it was over $400!!!!! So pissed I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!

Bill MThe last customer left a mask, a hat alcohol in a black store bag, chip bags. Trash in the back of the van should have been cleaned out. I had to place a sheet in the back to keep my dresses clean. The light stayed on for the tire during the entire trip. The front tire had a nail in it. I was afraid of having a blown out on the road.

Shirley SThis location provided excellent customer service for my in-town move. We recommend them for anyone wanting to move quickly and cost-effectively.
Sandra RI was disappointed with a couple things. First, the location did not allow for TruckShare 24/7. I'm not clear why uhaul.com and the Uhaul app would allow me to waste time if mobile pickup was not an option. I was told that it was not an option when the associate inside of Royalty Reliance, LLC said that it was not. He didn't seem too willing to give me much of an explanation, either. Additionally, he wasn't wearing a mask while I stood inside of his office. I don't think he was rude or unkind, but I didn't feel like I was being treated like a paying customer. Maybe he just didn't know better, not sure. But I just think it could've been done better, that's all.
