I diverted to this location for a discount and could not have regretted it more. It was very poorly marked with no signage on the road if not for a U-Haul trailer in the yard I would not have found the place which is in a tax service office with a tiny U-Haul sign on the door and a U-Haul marked key drop off box. Additionally, this location was closed on for the weekend on Friday morning with noting more than a paper taped to the door. Finally the automated system has to date failed to generate a final receipt for my transaction after I used the app to checkout. I could not possibly recommend this location to anyone.

Truck was clean and fully fueled. However, I had reserved a hand truck and furniture pads which were not in the truck when I picked it up. I called U-Haul customer service and had to drive to another location to pick up these items.

online quote was much cheaper, I specifically said I did not want the 42 a day insurance they charged me any way,I tried contacting them numerous times over the course of a few days no one ever answered not even an answering machine. Would never recommend, this was the poorest customer service

Your process to verify me once I am on site, ready to pickup the truck and start my move is ridiculous. You could have verified all that information after I made the reservation, prior to my being on site. Doing it once I was on site wasted my time. As to the specific truck, it badly needs an alignment; pulled very hard to the right. Tires need to be balanced too.

So I knocked on the door for the personal that I can see through the door and they can see me to open the door and a Young lady open the door and I told her that need to return the truck so she speak to a man that was in the other room and the man told her that is ok to recive the vehicle but I told her that I need for someone to check the vehicle before I go and she talk to the mistery man again ( I never saw him only heard his voice ) so she came out and said is ok thank you,,,,,,,but the next day u haul call me asking for the vehicle!!廊類 and I told her that the vehicle was returned the day before ,,,dear God .and I drove 5 miles to that location for that ? When I have another location literally a half of mile away from me

My only concern is you have to leave the keys to the truck inside the truck as there is no one at the location to drop the keys tp

I do not like that there was no drop box. I dropped the truck on Friday . I came back on Monday and the keys were still in the truck. I called uhaul 4 times and never received help. I then had to go back a 3rd time to do a return on my phone. Lost 3 days and 3- 2 hour trips

The truck was not parked on concrete. It was in an area where mud and dirt could get on the customer's shoes and end up in the truck. Also, the word-lock was extremely difficult to work with. The latch on the lock was very hard to turn.

Everything was fine here when I dropped off the U-Haul and the people were nice, but they did not check my U-Haul in until a couple days after I returned it so I was charged double. I originally paid $150 for a one way trip from Sunday-Monday and I dropped the truck off on Monday morning at noon and it wasn't due back until 4pm and the people there didn't check the truck back in until Wednesday at 11am so I was charged an additional $125 when I shouldn't have been. I had to call U-Haul and wait on hold for almost 30 min to finally get them to reverse the charges and now I won't have the money back in my bank account for 3-5 business days. This was very inconvenient and frankly unprofessional. I just moved in to a new house and am starting a family and $125 isn't money that can just be played around with for me right now. They should honestly give me back like 10-15 % of what I originally paid for having to wait for the money to go back into my bank account...

My rental was reserved on a Monday to be picked up on a Thursday. I requested 2 add ons to help with my move. This location informed me that they didn't have them available upon pickup as well offered an appliance dolly as a "substitute". The asked if the replacement doesn't work will I still be charged? They said no and I was INDEED charged for the replacement appliance dolly. Wouldn't recommend this location to my enemy on my worst day. 0/10.

Ensure you are not overcharging your customers for items (i.e. fuel) that were returned at the proper level.
