Make sure you call us to confirm where the vehicle is to be picked up. I got to the gladstel exit on 45 and after waiting 10 minutes, I was told it was not at this location. Later I discovered an email had been sent the day before but I missed it.

Awful experience. My pickup was guaranteed at 9am. I arrived shortly after 9 and the only person who could work the computer was away picking up more trucks. After being told she was a few minutes away, we waited for about 20 minutes. When she arrived the dolly and blankets i ordered were missing so they went and got more dollys. She said the regional manager would bring the blankets but at that point i had enough. She was unable to remove the blankets from my charge. She said she changed my drop off location to be something that isn't corporate because she said they would 'charge double' at drop off. I left with the truck at 10am. Will NEVER go back nor recommend to anyone.
